Installation

  1. First, you will need to install the Latch Mount G Assembly using your existing stock bolts. See Fig.1.SUPERATV-IN-CACZBS-K-KRX-Kawasaki-Teryx-KRX-1000-Cargo-Rack-Alpha-FIG-4

  2. Next, install both Left and Right Tube Mount Assemblies and, TF H ube D Clamp Brackets using your M6x20 CC Bolts supplied in your kit. Install but leave a little loose for adjusting fit after all parts are installed. See Fig.2 and Fig.3 for details and the basic location where to install them.

  3. Now, install the Hinged Tube Clamps E on both the Left and Right sides of the tube frame. Place in general location as shown in Fig’s 4a-4b & 4c, but do not tighten yet as you will need to adjust the fit after all components are installed before tightening down. These will use a 4mm Allen to tighten. Screws are included with clamps.

  4. Once the clamps are attached, screw the Tube End Fitting from the Gas C Spring Struts into the clamps on both sides as shown in Fig.4a & 4b, and tighten securely.

  5. After the Tube Mounts and Clamps are in place, you will now install the Pivot Tube B Assembly in between the Tube Mount Assy brackets previously installed.
    You will position the Pivot Bar between the Tube Mount Assy’s and attach using the M12x35mm Bolt and M12 Nylock Nut EE  for the upper location. Fig.5 shows items FF and  EE which are installed in the Top Holes of the Tube Mounts .SUPERATV-IN-CBS-K-KRX-Kawasaki-Teryx-KRX-1000-Cargo-Rack-Alpha-

  6. Now that the top bolts are in place, attach the Pivot Tube Assy to the Lower Holes using the M12x35 Hex Bolt, item. FF Tube Mount Assy is tapped for this bolt, so no Nut is required.
    After bolts are in place, tighten down securely. See Fig.6.SUPERATV-IN-CBS-K

  7. Next, you will install the main Cargo Rack Assembly item.To do this, insert the Heim Joint of the Rack into the Pivot Tube B as shown in Fig.7. Make sure that the Heim Spacers are also in place when installing. Then secure it in place by using the M12x80mm Hex Bolt item and M12 Nylock Nut item.EE Secure, and repeat the same for the opposite side.SUPERATV-IN-CBS-K-KRX-Kawasaki-Teryx-KRX-1000-Cargo-Rack-Alpha-FIG-12

  8. Now install the Gas Shock onto the lower post you installed previously, then secure the top end with the Nylock nut supplied with the shock as shown in Fig. 8.
    Adjust all points and check for proper function of Latch and other hardware, then secure all Bolts and Nuts.

SuperATV® urges operators and occupants to wear a helmet and appropriate riding gear at all times.

By purchasing and installing SuperATV® products, the user agrees that should damages occur, SuperATV® will not be held responsible for loss of time, use, labor fees, replacement parts, or freight charges. SuperATV®, nor any 3rd party, will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from any product purchased from SuperATV®. The total liability of the seller to the user for all damages, losses, and causes of action, if any, shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.

SuperATV® will warranty only parts provided by SuperATV®. Any damage or problems with OEM housings, bearings, seals, or other manufacturers’ products will not be covered by SuperATV®. SuperATV® parts and products are not warranted if the item was not installed properly, misused, or modified.

Installing, adding, modifying, or fabricating any factory or aftermarket product to your ATV/UTV may violate certain local, state, and federal laws. Be advised that laws vary depending on town, city, county, state, etc. Use of certain products on public streets, roads, or highways may violate the law. The Buyer is solely and exclusively legally and personally responsible for any violation of the law by the installation or use of the product. You must abide by all local, state, and federal laws, including but not limited to vehicle safety, traffic laws, and ordinances. It is your responsibility to know the laws and how they apply to you.

The Buyer is responsible for fully understanding the capability and limitations of his/her vehicle according to manufacturer specifications, warnings, and instructions and agrees to hold SuperATV® harmless from any damage resulting from failure to adhere to such specifications, warnings, and/ or instructions. The Buyer is also responsible to obey all applicable federal, state, and local laws and ordinances when operating his/her vehicle while using this product, and the Buyer agrees to hold SuperATV® harmless from any violation thereof.
