UNIT-SPECIFIC SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• Ensure that all the plastic protection has been removed before assembling.
• Be cautious of shape edges on metal parts during assembly.
• When using for the first time, operate the unit without any baked goods for 15 minutes at the set maximum temperature.
• Accessible parts may become very hot, so exercise caution and keep children away .
• Keep the unit away from flammable materials when in use.
• Do not move the unit when it is in use.
• The unit should not be modified.
• The housing becomes hot during operation.Wear heat protection gloves when removing baked goods.
• Never cover the oven with a blanket or other flammable object .
• Do not place or store any combustible materials on top of the oven or within the immediate (min. 60 cm) vicinity of the oven.

WARNING! ALWAYS LEAVE ADEQUATE SPACE FOR VENTILATION

Failure to leave sufficient space around the pizza oven box may result in restricted airflow and improper ventilation for your grill. This could result in serious injury and/or property damage. Do not use the Pizza Oven Box with your Gas Grill if you cannot leave adequate space for ventilation as described above.

After unpacking the oven for the first time and after installation, it should be operated without baked goods for 15 minutes at the set maximum temperature

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Wipe down surfaces with soap and water . Do not use sharp objects or aggressive cleaning agents.All ow the pizza stone to cool slowly to avoid temperature shock. Never use cold water to cool the st one.
• Flour residues can be wiped off with a damp cloth. In the case of stubborn residues, soak the stone in warm water if necessary. These can then be removed with a firm scrubbing sponge or a dishwashing brush. However, please do not use any detergents or scouring agents as these can penetrate into the stone and impair the baking result the next time you use it.
