Installation Instruction
- Install Filler Bracket – L (H) to machine with hardware shown; tighten.
- Install Filler – L (F) to Filler Bracket – L (H) with hardware shown; tighten
- Install Filler Panel Bracket 2 – L (P) to Filler – L (F) with hardware shown; hardware snug but not tight.
- Mark slot location of Filler Panel Bracket 2 – L (P) onto plastic.
- Drill Ø6.5mm hole through center of slot marking.
- Secure Filler Panel Bracket 2 – L (P) to plastic with hardware shown; hardware snug but not tight
- Install Filler Panel Bracket 3- L (S) to Filler – L (F) with hardware shown; hardware snug but not tight.
- Mark the slot location of Filler Panel Bracket 3 – L (S) onto plastic.
- Drill Ø6.5mm hole through center of slot marking.
- Secure Filler Panel Bracket 3 – L (S) to plastic with hardware shown; hardware snug but not tight
- Install Rear Hinge Bracket 1- L (Y) and Shims (Q) with stock hardware; hardware snug but not tight.
- SuperATV recommends starting with (3) Shims (Q).
- Install Lower Hinge Bracket (U) with hardware shown; hardware snug but not tight.
- Install Upper Hinge Bracket (T) and Rear Striker Bracket – L (K) with hardware shown; hardware snug but not tight.
- Install Pin to Rear Striker Bracket – L (K) with hardware shown; tighten.
- Install Front Striker Bracket – L (M) with hardware shown; hardware snug but not tight.
- Install Pin to Front Striker Bracket – L (M) with hardware shown; tighten.
- Transfer Latch components to Rear Door – L (C); tighten
- Install Rear Door – L (C) to Rear Hinge Brackets with stock hardware; tighten.
- Transfer Latch components to Front Door – L (B); tighten
- Loosen hardware shown on Front Door – L (B).
- Retighten after Door has been installed to Hinge Brackets
- Repeat steps for passenger-side installation
Adjusting Doors is easier with someone inside of the machine to tighten hardware and another person outside of the machine to adjust Doors into place
- Close Doors and engage Latches.
- Adjust Doors to machine. Note: making multiple small adjustments will yield best results

By purchasing and installing SuperATV® products, user agrees that should damages occur, SuperATV® will not be held responsible for loss of time, use, labor fees, replacement parts, or freight charges. SuperATV®, nor any 3rd party, will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from any product purchased from SuperATV®. The total liability of seller to user for all damages, losses, and causes of action, if any, shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the product that gave rise to the claim. SuperATV® will warranty only parts provided by SuperATV®. Any damage or problems with OEM housings, bearings, seals, or other manufacturers’ products will not be covered by SuperATV®. SuperATV® parts and products are not warranted if item was not installed properly, misused, or modified.
