Usage Instructions:
1. Charging:
Stimulator charges on the dock via magnetic points. The dock charges via a USB-C port. Star icons on the dock will flash while it is charging.
2. Stimulator On/Off:
To turn on the stimulator, long press the S button for 2 seconds. It will enter standby mode and search to connect with the SVAKOM App on a smart device. To control the product manually, single press the S button to enter the default mode.
3.Travel Lock:
Travel Lock On: When the stimulator is off, long press the S button for 8 seconds until 4 battery indicator lights flash. The stimulator will stay turned off after it is locked.
Travel Lock Off: Option 1: Long press S button for 8 seconds until 4 battery indicator lights flash. Option 2: Charge stimulator on the dock. In both situations, the stimulator will stay turned off.
4.Battery Level:
When the stimulator is on, the battery indicator shows the amount of charge remaining.
- 1 light: 0-25% charge remaining
- 2 lights: 25-50% charge remaining
- 3 lights: 50-75% charge remaining
5. Switching Suction Intensity:
The product allows for switching suction intensity levels based on the number of active lights displayed on the device.

Note: Before first use, fully charge your SVAKOM product. Spray toy cleaner onto a cotton swab and wipe the stimulator inner nozzle, avoiding the drum. Use the nozzle with waterbased lubricant only. Remove any residue before returning to the charging dock. For more details, refer to ‘Care and Storage’.

For additional product settings, customization, long-distance and short-range control, as well as partner interaction, download the SVAKOM App from the Apple Store or Google Play. Use your smart device camera to scan the relevant QR code for the latest version. (A list of compatible devices can be found at www.connexionseries.com.)
With Bluetooth enabled on your compatible smart device, turn on your SVAKOM product. Open the SVAKOM App and your SVAKOM product will connect automatically. Safety Information
• Keep the product out of reach of children and pets as some parts may cause
choking.
• Anyone aged under 18 should not use this product.
• Check the materials listed on the packaging and avoid any you may be
allergic to.
• Avoid sharing the product with others as this could lead to illnesses and/or
infections.
• Do not use the product on damaged skin or anywhere experiencing irritation.
• Do not expose the product to extreme temperatures (i.e. freezing or heat).
Care and Storage
- Before using your new SVAKOM product, allow it to fully charge.
- Before and after each use, clean the product: Spray toy cleaner onto a cotton swab and wipe the stimulator’s inner nozzle, avoiding the drum. Spray toy cleaner onto a clean lint-free towel or soft cloth and wipe the exterior surfaces of the stimulator and charging dock, avoiding the light projector and charging points. Remove any residue from the stimulator and ensure it is dry before returning to the charging dock.
- To prevent product damage, ensure no water contacts the charging points or battery compartment and do not submerge the product in water because it is not waterproof.
- Do not use any cleaning agent containing alcohol, gasoline, or acetone on the product as these substances may damage the materials.
- Allow the product to cool down after every use before storing it away.
- Store the product in a clean, cool and dry place. Be aware that moisture can damage the batteries and motor, and that the product should be kept away from direct sunlight and long-time exposure to high temperatures.
- To prevent chemical reactions between the product and other items, do not store it in direct contact with various materials, especially plastics. Use the storage pouch if included with the product.
WARNING!
- The only safe lubricant to use with this product is water-based.
- The use of non-water-based lubricant may cause deterioration of the product. Deterioration can provide breeding grounds for harmful bacteria which may lead to irritation and/or infections when the product is used on the body.
- Do not use the product with silicone-based lubricant, oils, or lotions as this may damage the materials. The list of incompatible substances also includes, but is not limited to, suntan lotion, sunscreen, lip care products, essential oils, coconut oil, and edible oils of all types.
- Do not use massage oil or hand cream as a lubricant because this can lead to irritation and/or infection.
Battery Maintenance
- This product uses rechargeable batteries. Allow the battery two hours to charge and discharge to perform at its maximum potential
- A battery can be charged or discharged over 100 times before reaching full maturity. After fully charging the battery, the charging dock should be disconnected from the power source – overcharging can cause a reduction in the overall battery life.
- When left idle, a fully charged battery will gradually lose its charge.
- If the product is left in a location which is either too hot or too cold, there will be a reduction in the overall battery life and the battery capacity. When too hot or too cold, the battery life will be shorter even on a full charge.
- Do not puncture or damage the battery. If the battery is damaged, refrain from using the product. Use of a damaged battery can cause fires and/or cause the product to explode.
- Do not attempt to remove or replace the battery. Replacing with an improper battery for the product can lead to malfunction and/or injury and/or explosion.
Adapters/Chargers
The power adapter/charger included with the product is not intended for use by persons (including children) with limited physical, sensory, or mental abilities or those who lack experience and/or knowledge, unless they are supervised by a responsible person or have been instructed in the proper use of the power adapter/charger. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the power adapter/ charger or individual parts thereof.
Disposal
When discarding packaging, recycle wherever possible – try to avoid unnecessary disposal of recyclable items. Old devices must be taken to the appropriate collection points according to your local legislation and Directives 2012/19/EC and 2006/66/EC.The symbol of the crossed-out garbage can on wheels shows that this product must be taken to an e-waste collection point for disposal so that it can be recycled optimally. Batteries do not belong in household waste. As a consumer, you are under legal obligation to turn in used batteries. You can do this at public collection points or places where batteries are sold. Batteries that contain harmful substances are marked with the symbol and one of the following chemical symbols:
- Pb = Battery contains more than 0.004 per cent lead by mass,
- Cd = Battery contains more than 0.002 per cent cadmium by mass or
- Hg = Battery contains more than 0.0005 per cent mercury by mass.
Lithium batteries and battery packs for all systems can only be turned in at collection points if they have been discharged. To prevent short circuits in the event of incomplete discharging, the poles on these types of batteries should be insulated using a substance such as adhesive tape before the batteries are returned.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, SVAKOM’S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGE ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT (FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION), WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU’VE PAID SVAKOM FORTHIS PRODUCT.
