Charging
Connect the charging cable to the DC charging port of the device. Make sure to fully charge the device before initial use.
Power On/Off and Mode Selection
To turn the device on/off, press the S button for 1.5 seconds. The device will enter default Mode 1. Press the S button to switch between 5 modes:
- Mode 1 : Suction & Vibration 1
- Mode 2 : Suction & Vibration 2
- Mode 3 : Suction & Vibration 3
- Mode 4 : Suction only
- Mode 5 : Vibration only
Status Display
The status display indicates different states:
- Low battery: Activate status
- While charging : Light flashes
- Fully charged: Permanent light
App Connection
To connect the device to the SVAKOM app:
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone/tablet.
- Turn on the device and open the SVAKOM app.
- The device should connect automatically.

- Do not use silicon-based lubricant, oils, or lotions as this will damage the product. Including but not limited to, suntan lotion or sunscreen, lip care products, essential oils, coconut oil, and edible oils of all types.
- Anyone under the age of 18 should refrain from using this product.
- After using the heating function please allow the device to complete cool off before removing and cleaning the sleeve The use of non-water-based lubricant will cause deterioration of the product. Deterioration can provide breeding grounds for harmful bacteria which may lead to irritation/infection when used on the body.
Reminder : Do not use any cleaning agent containing alcohol, gasoline, or
acetone to clean the product. Avoid contact with direct sunlight and long-time
exposure to high-temperatures. The product should be stored in a clean and dry
place with no contact to products made primarily of plastic.

- Before storing the device ensure that all functions have been turned off and the device is no longer active in any way.
Caution! Do not use this product if you are not of good health. You use this product at your own risk & discretion.

usage immediately. Be certain to remove any jewelry/piercings on the usage

Please keep this manual in a safe location for future reference. Do not throw out the product packaging, as this may contain useful information regarding batteries, charging, etc.
Battery Maintenance:
- This product uses rechargeable batteries. When replacing the battery, allow the new battery two or three hours to charge and discharge; to perform at it’s maximum potential.
- A battery can be charged or discharged over 100 times before reaching full maturity. After fully charging the battery it should be disconnected from the charger – overcharging can cause a reduction in the overall battery life.
- When left idle, a fully charged battery will gradually lose its charge.
- If the device is left in a location that is either too hot or too cold there will be a reduction in the overall battery life and the battery capacity. When too hot or too cold, the battery life will be shorter even on a full charge.

Do not puncture or damage the battery. If the battery is damaged, refrain from using the device. Usage of a damaged battery can cause fires and/or cause the device to explode. - When discarding packaging, be sure to recycle wherever possible – try to avoid unnecessary disposal of recyclable items. Old devices must be taken to the appropriate collection points according to your local legislation and Directives 2012/19/EC and 2006/66/EC.

Lithium batteries and battery packs for all systems can only be turned in at collection points if they have been discharged. To prevent short circuits in the event of incomplete discharging, the poles on these types of batteries should be insulated using a substance such as adhesive tape before the batteries are returned.
