Status 1: Light is on while power is on.
Status 2: Light is flashing while sleep mode is on.
Status 3: No light while there is no data transfer.
Status 4: Light is flashing while it’s under reading & writing.

- The hard drive may not be moved after connecting the power supply unit to the socket. This could result in damage to the hard drive and data loss.
