Product Usage Instructions
Step 1: Connecting the Card Reader
Connect the Y-9324 Series USB 3.0 Multi-In-One Card Reader to your computer
using the USB 3.0 connector (A). Ensure that both ends are securely connected.
Step 2: Inserting Memory Card
Insert the memory card into the appropriate card slot:
- B: Micro SD Card Slot
- C: CF Card Slot (CF 3.5MM)
- D: SD Card Slot
Step 3: Data Transfer
The LED light (E) will indicate the status of the data transfer:
- Connection: Light on
- Data Transfer: The light is blinking

Q: Why is the data transfer speed slow?
A: Please make sure that the host (computer side) is also USB 3.0 compatible. -
Q: Why is there no icon of the memory card appearing on the screen after connecting?
A: Please insert the memory card into the card reader first, and then connect the card reader to the computer. Additionally, it is recommended to format the SD/CF/Micro SD card as exFAT or FAT. NTFS format is not recommended as it may affect the usage of the memory card. -
Q: Why can’t I read and write SD/CF/Micro SD card after connecting properly?
A: Please reconnect following the method mentioned in Q2. Also, ensure that the SD card is unlocked. -
Q: How to format SD/CF/Micro SD cards?
A: Note: In order to avoid data loss, please backup your data BEFORE formatting the memory card.
1. **Windows:** Click [Device Management] > [Disk Management], find the correct memory card, right-click [Format], choose either exFAT or FAT, then click [OK].
2. **Mac OS:** Open [Disk Management], choose the correct memory card, click [Erase], select the format fill in the label (Disk Name), and click on [Erase] to start formatting.
Note
- Please disconnect the card reader from the computer properly to avoid data loss. Click the Safely Remove Hardware icon in the notification area.
- Do not disconnect the card reader while transferring data.

Q: Why the data transfer speed is slow?
