How to Use
- Connect the AC power cord to the power adapter and then connect to the charging station.
- Install the divider on the charging stand according to your actual needs. The distance between the divider can be adjusted according to the width of the device.
- Before connecting to the power supply, ensure that the connection between the AC power cord, the power adapter and the charging stand is inserted.
- Insert the power and ensure the LED indicator is turn on.
FAQ
Q: What device can the dividers hold?
A: The dividers are bearable for tablets, iPads, Smartphones etc. They won't lose or break easily if using them correctly. When inserting the dividers, please push them down all the way with some strength to ensure there isn't any gap, and don't leave too much spare room between the dividers and your devices so as to avoid loading too much weight on the dividers. When removing them, please don't take them out by shaking them left and right, but just take them out vertically.
Q: Why my phone is charged slowly?
A: Everything depends on the battery capacity of your phone or tablet and the charging time could be varied.
Q: When using QC 3.0 devices charge QC 3.0 port, why it does not show Quick Charge?
A: Please do not use a USB cable with poor quality or simplify, because poor quality USB cable will influence current transmission, in case phones and chargers cannot show QC 3.0/2.0 protocol, so we strongly recommended original binding or a high-quality USB cable.
Q: Does every USB-A port output 5V/1.5A of power when all ports are connected?
A: No, the charging station will distribute maximum power which is demanded by smartphone/tablet, and the max output is 5V/1.5A.
Note
- When inserting the bracket, please pay attention to the insertion slot, ensure that no space between the charging station and the bracket.
- The space between the bracket should be adjusted according to the thickness of the charging device and should not leave too much space.
- It is recommended that to charge the device with the original USB charging cable.
- Keep away from liquids and high temperature sources when using.
- Do not drop, knock or disassemble the product yourself.
- Do not place charging equipment weighing more than 2kg on the product.
- Keep it out of reach of children.
- The short charging cable is not included.
