TRUE WIRELESS STEREO EARBUDS
CHARGING CASE
Active the earbuds from shipping & warehousing mode to normal mode
- Remove earbuds from package, remove the blue color stickers on earbuds;
- Put earbuds in charging case to active the earbuds changing from warehousing mode changing to using mode.
Power ON
Take the earbuds from charging case, the earbuds will turn on
automatically. In the OFF state, press and hold the ‘touch area’ of the
earbuds for 3 seconds, the earbuds will turn ON, and you can hear the prompt
‘power ON’.
Power OFF
There are 3 ways to turn your earbuds OFF 1. Place the earbuds into the
charging case, and they will turn OFF automatically
- Hold your finger on the touch area of the earbud for 4 seconds
- Turn OFF bluetooth on your device, and the earbuds will turn OFF shortly.
BLUETOOTH MATCHING
- Place earbuds in charging case, and make sure both earbud LEDs turn white.
- Remove earbuds from charging case. This will automatically put them in pairing mode. ( Note: only the left bud will flash white and green.)
- Open your list of available Bluetooth devices and select “HELLO KITTY TWS”. Earbud LEDs will turn off when connected. Be sure to select “Pair” or “OK” when you see the Bluetooth pairing request.
- Once the earbuds have been successfully paired with your device for the first time, they will automatically connect there after when removed from the case within the vicinity of the device.
Voice assistant
Touch the left or right earbuds two times gently.
Call
- Answer a call: Touch the left or right earbuds once gently
- Hanging up: Touch the left or right earbuds twice gentle
- Reject a call: Press and hold the left or right earbuds for 2 seconds
Listen to the music
- Play/Pause: Touch the left or right earbuds twice gently
- Previous: Press and hold the touch area of the right earbuds for 2 seconds
- Volume+: Touch the right earbuds once gently
- Volume-: Touch the left earbuds once gently
Charge
Earbuds: Put the earbuds into the charging case and the earbuds will
display a white light while charging.
Charging case: plug the small end of the USB cable into the USB-C port of
the charging case. Plug the other end into a USB wall charger or computer (DC
5V) that is powered on.

While 5% battery the white light will flash quickly for 4 seconds and then light OFF.
Precautions:
- Try to listen at low volume. Listening at high volume for an extended period may result in permanent damage to your hearing.
- The use of earbuds will impair you ability to hear other sounds. use caution while . using your earbuds during any activity that requires your full attention.
- This package contains small parts that may be hazardous to children and shoal be kept out of reach of children. Children should use the earbuds under the supervision of adult.
- Do not overuse the earbuds or put them under heavy pressure. Keep the product dry, do not put it in humid circumstance to avoid short circuit
- Using your earbuds in a moist or dusty environment, or near a strong magnetic field, may result in an internal circuit failure.
- Do not store your earbuds in an environment where the temperature is below-15°C or above +50°C.
- Do not charge the earbuds and the charging case in an environment where . the temperature is below 0°C.
- Do not expose your earbuds or charging case to direct sunlight (such as on a window sill or on a car dashboard) for an extended period of time.
- Keep away from router or other high-frequency transmitting equipment to prevent interruption of signal receiving.
- To avoid damaging to your earbuds, do not disassemble or tamper with them, and do not insert any foreign matter into them.
- Do not attempt to take apart the product, especially non-professionals
- Do not drop, strongly vibrate, or strike the product with hard objects to avoid damaging the internal circuit.
- Do not use drastic chemicals or cleaner to clean the product. Do not us sharp objects to scratch the surface.
