IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:
WARNING: Please wear clothes while using the product to prevent burns. Do not use it directly on the skin.

1. The duration of each use is 30 minutes. Please assess the condition of your knees and adjust the frequency of use accordingly.
2. It is recommended to use the heating function from level 40 onwards and wear clothing while using it.
3. If you notice any skin or leg issues during use, stop using the product and consult a physician.
4. Avoid excessive use of the massage function.
5. During use, your knees may temporarily turn red. This does not indicate a problem. If this symptom persists, consult an orthopedic surgeon.
6. When wearing stockings, the belts on the product may snag them. You can remove the stockings before use.

PRODUCT PRECAUTIONS

1. This product contains lithium batteries. Do not disassemble, modify, immerse in water , or throw it into a fire, as it may damage the product.
2. If you experience any discomfort or irregularities while using the product, stop using it immediately. If you have any unusual sensations on your body or skin, consult a doctor and follow their advice.
3. This product is not intended for use by persons (including children’s) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of this product by a person responsible for their safety.
4. Keep the product out of the reach of children and infants. Do not allow them to come into contact with or operate the product to prevent burns, electric shocks, or personal injuries.
5. DANGER: The heating pad is NOT WASHABLE.
6. DO NOT damage or modify the product, and avoid forcefully bending, pulling, or squeezing the power cord. Additionally, do not place heavy objects on or squeeze the power cord.
7. DO NOT use this product if you are sensitive to heat or are not suitable for hot compress.

GETTING TO KNOW KNEE MASSAGER

The Medcursor knee massager combines heating and vibration massage for a delightful experience. With five heating levels and three vibration modes, you can customize your massage experience. This versatile 3-in-l massager is designed for knee discomfort, as well as providing relief for elbows and shoulders. Its cordless design with a built-in battery allows for wireless operation anywhere. Safety features, including a 30-minute auto-off timer and overheat protection, ensure your peace of mind during your massage session.

SPECIFICATIONS

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Make sure to charge it before first use.

2. Use the product on your knee, shoulder or elbow as your desire. (See how to wear the product on Page 6 – 8)
   NOTE: The prompt tone is on by default. Short press button to turn on/off the prompt tone for all buttons.

3. Long press button for 2 seconds to switch on. By default, the product will start at a heating temperature of 40°C (104 °F) and Mode 1.

4. Short press button to switch between the massage mode Ml, M2, M3 and OFF. When the massage mode is off, the massage mode indicator will disappear on the screen. NOTE: When the heat function is off and the massage mode is on, the screen will show Ml/Ll, M2/L2, M3/L3 according to your choice.

5. Short press button and button enable you to add or decrease heating temperature° 5° C at a time. The product is with five adjustable heating levels ranging from 40°C/104 ° F to 60°C/140° F.
   NOTE: When the temperature is set 40°C, pressing the button again will turn off the heat function.

6. The product will be automatically off after 30 minutes.

KNEE MASSAGER

1. Place the massager on your knee (The short massage belt facing down and the screen control on the thigh).
2. Fix the short massage belt on the calf with velcro.
3. Fix the long massage belt on the thigh with velcro. Adjust the tightness and comfort of the massage belts.

SHOULDER MASSAGER

1. Stick the velcro of the extension strap to the long massage belt.
2. Fix the short massage belt with velcro according to the size of the upper arm.
3. Place the massager on your shoulder (The short massage belt facing down and the screen control on the shoulder).
4. Fix the extension strap with velcro on the chest. Adjust the tightness and comfort of the short massage belt.

ELBOW MASSAGER

1. Fix the short massage belt with velcro according to the size of the lower arm.
2. Place the massager on your elbow (The short massage belt facing down and the screen control on the upper arm).
3. Fix the long massage belt on the upper arm with velcro. Adjust the tightness and comfort of the massage belt.

CHARGING FUNCTION

1. When charging, the LED light strip will show a breathing blue light effect. When fully charged, the light will remain solid blue. This product can not be used while charging.
2. When the battery is low, the LED light strip will flash blue.

NOTE: When the volume function is turned on, the icon will flash white and make a beeping sound when the battery is low.

WORKING TIME
The default working time is 30 minutes. During this time, switching the heating temperature or vibration mode will not cause the auto-off time to reset.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

• HOST MAINTENANCE
  The display of the main unit with the touch function should be well protected by the application. To clean the main unit, please use the soft cloth to wipe it.

• PRODUCT FABRIC AREA
  The fabric area does not support washing. When cleaning and maintenance is required, please use alcohol to sterilize and remove sweat stains or wipe with a clean wet towel.

• STORAGE REQUIREMENTS
  Please keep this product out of the reach of children, away from humidity, high temperature, direct sunlight and water splash. When not in use for a long time, you should turn off the power and keep charging it every two months.

Please dispose of the battery after the product expires according to local regulations or environmental protection regulations.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If the product is not functioning properly, please check if any of the following issues occur. If the suggestions we provide do not resolve the problem, please reach out to our customer support for further assistance.
