The following pages of this manual are the instructions for all the functions and features of your calf & foot massager. Please read the user’s manual carefully.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

BASIC SAFETY PRECAUTIONS SHOULD ALWAYS BE FOLLOWED WHEN USING ELECTRICAL DEVICES.
READ ALL SAFETY AND OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING.

  • DO NOT stand on, or exert excessive pressure on the massager. This may significantly slow down or stop the motor, potentially causing overheating or subsequent damage to the massager.
  • The total recommended usage time of the massager is 15-30 minutes.
  • Some users may experience itchiness on their feet during and after the massage. This is normal and a result of improved blood circulation.

SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
This massager is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of this massager by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the massager.
DANGER

  • DO NOT use this massager in an excessively humid environment, such as the bathroom.
  • DO NOT use this massager on a wet body, this may result in a short circuit or an electric shock.
  • DO NOT place or store this massager where it may fall or be pulled into the water.
  • DO NOT place in, drop or soak the massager in water or other liquid.
  • DO NOT get for the massager when it fell into the water while plugged-in, disconnect it first.

WARNING

  • NEVER leave the massager unattended when plugged-in. Unplug it from the outlet when not in use, and before putting on or taking off parts.
  • DO NOT place the massager near electric heaters, stoves or under direct sunlight.
  • DO NOT stand or sit on the massager itself.
  • DO NOT wash the massager directly with water or pour water into it. This may result in electrocution, short circuit or possible fire.
  • DO NOT operate the massager with a damaged cord or tamper with the cord. Contact customer service for maintenance and inspection in time.
  • DO NOT insert or place any metallic objects or flammable materials into any opening.
  • DO NOT squeeze or scratch the massager with sharp objects.
  • DO NOT sleep while using the massager.
  • DO NOT use the massager if the electrical outlet is excessively loose.
  • ONLY use the adaptor and attachments supplied with this massager.

CAUTION

  • The following users must consult their doctor before use:
    • Cancer patients
    • People with osteoporosis
    • Persons with malignant tumors
    • People with high fever
    • Pregnant women
  • Please let the massager rest for 30 minutes after using it, and then perform the second massage. Please control the daily massage time within 15-30 minutes, so that the best massage effect can be obtained.
  • DO NOT overuse the massager on the same part of your body for a long time. The excessive stimulation of the skin surface will make the part feel abnormally hot and painful, which may cause inflammation or low-temperature burns.
  • DO NOT forcefully pull the foot sleeves. This massager should not be used without the foot sleeves. Do not let the skin directly touch the massage heads to avoid skin damage.
  • STOP using this massager if severe pain is felt during use.
  • If you detect any malfunction or any other irregularities during operation, switch the power off immediately and contact customer support for repair.
  • People who are heat-sensitive should pay attention when the surface of the massager becomes hot.
  • Turn off the power first if you need to move the massager, pull out the power plug, and then move.
  • This massager contains a kneading massage device. It’s better to start at LOW speed and adjust to high speed after the body adapts.
  • The massager must only be serviced or repaired by a recommended Medcursor Customer Support.
  • Users must NOT disassemble or repair the massager themselves.

REMOTE INSTRUCTIONS
You can operate directly on the control panel or using the wireless remote.
The indicator light is only displayed on the control panel of the massager.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

SETUP

  • Remove the massager from the packaging and place it on a flat, level surface in front of your chair.
  • Connect the adapter cable to the corresponding socket on the massager. Then plug the adapter into an outlet.
  • The massager enters the standby state, the red indicator light of the ON/OFF button flashes.
  • Press the ON/OFF button to activate the massager.

Note: If you want to have a 30-min massage session instead of the default 15 mins session, it’s highly recommended to set the time in the beginning. If you want to change the time during the operation, please follow the chart below.
NOTE: When the massager is activated with the ON/OFF button, it starts to work under default mode:

From 30 to 15 mins| <15 mins| The previous working time will NOT be cleared and will be accumulated to the 15-min session.| When Massager has worked for| 5 mins|  If you switch from 30 mins to 15 mins when the massager has worked for 5 minutes, it will continue to work for 10 minutes, not another 15 minutes.
Remaining working time after switching| 10 mins
≤15 mins| The massager will still run through the previous 30-min session. In this situation, please turn off and restart the massager to run the 15 min massage session.| When Massager has worked for| 25 mins| If you switch from 30 mins to 15 mins when the massager has worked for 25 minutes, it will continue to work for only 5 minutes, not another 15 minutes.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Troubleshoot your problem by using the chart below. If the Calf & Foot Massager still does not operate correctly, it may be defective. Please contact a qualified technician at support@medcursor.com for a solution. DO NOT try to repair it by yourself. Otherwise, there is a risk of electric shock.

ISSUES CAUSES SOLUTIONS
Fails to start Disconnected power or loose connection of the adapter.

Reconnect the adapter and re-plug to the power source.
The ON/OFF button is not turned on.| Press the “ON/OFF” button to activate.
Use the wrong adapter and attachments.| Only use the adaptor and attachments supplied with this massager.
No power.| Connect to the power supply or check whether the socket is energized, you can try to replace the socket.
No vibration| The vibration function hasn’t been activated.| Press the “VIBRATION” button to activate this function (indicator will light up).
Temperature is too high| This massager starts with a heating function of high level in default (red light).| Press the “HEAT” button to adjust the temperature to low heating (green light) or turn off the heating function.
Activate heating function for a long period.| Let the massager cool down for 30 minutes or turn off the heating function.
The heating function does not work| Heating function hasn’t been activated.| Press the “Heat” button to activate this function (solid light).
It needs a few minutes to warm up after activating the heating function.| Please wait 3-5 minutes after activating this function.
ISSUES| CAUSES| SOLUTIONS

Suddenly stop working| Massage time (15/30 mins) is over.| Press the “ON/OFF” button to restart the massager.
Poor contact of the power adapter.| Check the plug to ensure inserted in place, check whether the socket is powered.
Continuous using time is too long. Overheating protection activated and shut off the power automatically.| Cool the massager for 30-50 minutes, and restart the massager.
Excessive force, causing the massage heads blocked.| Press the “ON/OFF” button to restart.
The adjustable stand is unstable| The adjustable stand is not open in place.| Adjust the stand to the maximum angle and when you hear a clicking sound, indicating that the stand opening angle is in place.

CARE AND STORAGE

  • Be sure to remove the AC plug from the electrical outlet before cleaning the massager.
  • DO NOT store the massager near intense heat or an open flame.
  • DO NOT use benzene, thinner or any other abrasive solvent on your massager.
  • NEVER use a damp cloth to clean the massager or the power switch. Use a dry cloth when cleaning the massager. Please use a soft small brush to clean the gap of the massager.
  • Please remove the remote-control battery if you don’t use it for a long time.
  • When not in use for a long time, it is advisable that the AC power cord should be coiled and the massager be stored in the original box or a dust and moisture free location.
