Power On/Off
- To power on the radio, twist the power knob clockwise. A short tone followed by your current channel will confirm radio power is on.
- Twist the power knob counter clockwise to power off the radio.
Changing Channels
- Twist the channel knob clockwise to change channel up.
- Twist the channel knob counterclockwise to change channel down.
Changing Zones
- Long press the ZONE button until it beeps.
Zone 1: Analog Channels 1-16 (Channel 16 is Listen Only)
Zone 2: Digital Channels 17-32
Transmitting (TX)
- Press and hold the PTT button on the left side of your device.
- Release the PTT button when finished transmitting.
Channel Lock
- Long press the M button to lock the channel you’re currently using to avoid accidentally switching your monitored channel
Battery Indicator
Short press the M button to get an audio queue indicating your remaining battery power.
3 Beeps: battery full
2 Beeps : battery is halfway full
1 Beep: battery is low
Custom Settings
- Custom functionality such as locking the PTT button is available by programming your radio using paid software from RT Systems.
