- Install a power switch, fuse, and breaker for the roaster. Do not place any objects around the switch.
- As the roaster uses low-pressure LNG, the connecting hose cannot be shorter than 1.5m.
Operation
Note: The first ignition needs to empty the internal air. The first few ignitions may require pressing the ignition button for 3-5 seconds. If several consecutive ignitions fail, it indicates that the air is not clean. In this case, continue ignitions and let the burner burn for a few seconds before letting go to ensure the air is completely clean and the burner temperature is maintained for combustion.

-
Add a small amount of clean water to the oil plate before use, no more than 30%.
-
Place the food on the pole, turn on the power and the power light. Adjust the thermostat to the desired temperature. Turn the air valve counterclockwise and fire with a lighter. The temperature of the oven began to rise, and the food was baked.
-
The poles are used to roast the food. It can be used to clean or fix food. Food should be placed in the middle of the pole. As the rod rotates, the baked food also rotates.
ZH-9325R -
Add a small amount of clean water to the oil plate before use, no more than 30%.
-
Gently pressing the knob on the control panel, rotating counterclockwise to the maximum ignition position, automatically turn on the ignition power, the igniter releases the ignition arc, and the gas regulating valve automatically opens the gas; the first use requires a gas venting operation.
-
The gas outside the fire hole of the burner is ignited, continue to press the knob, and make the flame-out protection thermocouple induction end heating to reach the action temperature so that the safety solenoid valve continues to keep open the valve to release gas.
-
Open the control knob of each head separately, repeat the above ignition operation and ignite each head.
-
When the infrared combustion plate is red, open the tempered glass door and place the furnace fork evenly into the food; the temperature in the furnace reaches the basic requirements.
-
Open the panel fork rotation switch to rotate each fork, it is recommended to bake no more than 1 kg each time. After the food is cooked, turn the knob to the flame-out position, confirm the flame-out situation, wait for about 5 minutes to open the door, and then remove the food. During food baking, keep the fork rotated continuously to avoid uneven heating, baking or scorched food; low fire conditions is only suitable for slow-burning or heat preservation.
