Q: How long can I use the heating pad continuously?
A: The heating pad has an auto shut off feature that turns off automatically after up to 90 mins of continuous use to prevent skin burns and conserve energy.

Polarized Plug
- This heating pad has polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a safety feature (Figure 1).
- This plug fits into a polarized outlet only in one way.
- if the plug does not fully fit into the outlet, reverse the plug. if it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.
How to use your heating pad
The Control Connector must be connected to the Pad Connector before plugging the unit into an electrical outlet (Figure 2).
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- Plug the unit into a 120-volt AC electrical outlet.
- To turn the heating pad on, press the central button.
- Use the Temperature button to adjust the temperature from 86°F to 158°F.
- To turn the heating pad off, press the central button.
Auto shut off feature
To conserve energy and prevent skin burns caused by prolonged use, the NOWWISH
heating pad has an auto shut off feature. The unit turns off automatically up
to 90 mins of continuous use.
NOTE: If the unit does not turn on when you press the power button, make sure the Control Connector is securely plugged into the Pad Connector.

- This pad is not to be used on, or by, a disabled sleeping or unconscious person, or a person with poor blood circulation unless carefully attended.
- This heating pad must not be used by people who are not sensitive to heat, or by vulnerable people who may not react to overheating: e.g.diabetics, persons with skin related illnesses, or persons with scarred skin in the area where the pad is to be applied, or after taking any pain-relieving medication or alcohol. Do not use on areas of where the skin has lost its sense!
- Check on skin under the pad frequently as burns may occur regardless of control setting.
- Do not use in oxygen-enriched environments.
- Do not use pins or other metallic means to fasten this pad in place.
- Do not sit on the heating pad.
- Position the pad on top, but not underneath as the level of body heat may increase when heat is trapped.
- Never use the pad with liniments, ointments or salves, especially those containing heat-producing ingredients which could cause skin burns.
- Never pull this pad by the supply cord.
- When using an extension cord with this pad, make sure you’ve checked the electrical specifications section to use them correctly. Use this pad only on a 120-volt AC electrical outlet. Unplug when not in use.
- Do not use the cord as a handle.
- Do not tamper with this pad in any way.
- Do not bend or pinch the cord, and do not use this pad if it has been dropped or damaged, or has malfunctions, or if the power cord or plug is damaged. This pad has no user-service able parts. If for any reason this pad does not function satisfactorily, check the warranty for service information.
- Loop the cord loosely when storing; tight wrapping may damage the cord and internal parts.
- This product is intended solely for non-commercial, non-industrial, and personal use. Do not use this product outdoors or for any other purpose.
- Save these instructions for later reference.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
CAUTION: DO NOT DRY CLEAN! DO NOT BLEACH! DO NOT USE WRINGER! DO NOT IRON!
- Disconnect the power cord from the electrical outlet.
- Do not pull by the cord.
- Make sure the Pad Connector is disconnected from the Control Connector by pressing the tabs on the sides of the Control Connector while pulling the connectors apart. Machine or hand wash the Pad using a mild detergent, cool water, and a gentle/delicate cycle.
- Line dry, or lay the Pad flat to dry. Do not tumble dry.
- Make sure the product is completely dry before the next use. To store the product, loosely roll the Heating Pad and then store it in a cool, dry, dark place after each use. Avoid folding.
