ATTENTION
Please read all information below before the Installation
Warning: Disconnect the negative battery cable from the battery; refer to
the owner’s manual. Failure to do so may result in electrical shock, injury,
or fire. Secure the negative battery cable away from the positive side of the
battery and all other positive voltage sources on the vehicle.
Safety First: Always wear appropriate safety gear including safety
glasses when performing any electrical work. It is highly recommended that
safety glasses be worn throughout this installation process. Be sure the
vehicle is on a level surface, secure, and cool.
Important: This product is designed and intended for use as auxiliary
lighting only. It is NOT intended to replace any original equipment lighting
installed on the vehicle and should not be used for that purpose. This product
must be wired so that it does not interfere with any original equipment
lighting.
Important: Ambient install temperature must be 60 degrees F or higher.
Allow 24 hours for the tape to cure before washing or prolonged use of the
vehicle.
Installation:
- Secure the motorcycle on a level surface. Remove the seat and disconnect the negative battery cable from the battery.
- Locate and unplug the rear lighting harness connector to the rear fender. Refer to Photo 1.

Plug the provided TKE Y Harness, in-line, into the rear lighting harness connector disconnected in Step 2.

Clean the mounting area at the bottom of the front side of both fenders with the provided Isopropyl Alcohol wipe, allowing to dry.

Test fit the Forward Facing LED Fender Lights. The Fender Lights should mount in the center of the fender with the bottom alignment tab against the bottom edge of the fender. Refer to Photo 2 on Page 2.
Installation Continued

Using a grease pencil or tape, mark both edges of the Fender Light on the fender.

Remove the red adhesive backing and install the lights on both fenders. Press into place making sure the adhesive tape is making contact with the fender.

Route the Fender Light wiring harness to the TKE Y Harness installed in Step 3.

Using the provided cable tie holders, secure both Fender Light wiring harness on the inside of the fenders to prevent them from coming in contact with the tire. Select locations for cable tie holders. Clean the area with the provided Isopropyl Alcohol wipe, and allow drying. Remove the paper backing for cable tie holders and press them into place. Refer to Photo 3.
- Connect the left side Fender Light to the TKE Y Harness Adapter 4 pin connector that has a purple wire. Connect the right side Fender Light to the TKE Y Harness Adapter 4 pin connector with the brown wire.
- Secure wires under the seat with tie wraps to secure wires from becoming cut, frayed, or pinched.
- Reconnect the negative battery cable to the battery.
- Perform a BCM sync by turning the ignition on, turning the 4-way hazards on, turn the ignition off. Allow the 4-way hazards to run for 3-4 minutes. Turn the ignition on. Turn the 4-way hazards off. Turn the ignition off.
- Reinstall the motorcycle seat and test the operation of all lighting for proper running, braking, and turning before riding.
