SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS – GENERAL
PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE.
KEEP THIS USER GUIDE FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
THIS APPLIANCE IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY.
- This appliance may be used by children aged 8 years or older and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities or lack of experience and knowledge, provided they are supervised or have been instructed in the safe use of the appliance and understand the potential hazards.
- Children must not play with the appliance.
- Cleaning and maintenance by the user must not be carried out by children unless they are at least 8 years old and supervised.
- Children under 8 years of age must stay away from the appliance and its supply.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service technician or a similarly qualified person to avoid a dangerous situation. It is forbidden to use the appliance with a damaged power cord or plug.
- Do not immerse the appliance, supply cable or plug in water or other liquids.
- Clean the surfaces that come into contact with the food according to the instructions in this manual.
- The appliance is not designed to operate via an external time switch or remote control.
- The temperature of accessible surfaces may be higher when the appliance is in operation. The appliance may be hot even after it has been switched off. Make sure the appliance is completely cool before cleaning, maintaining or otherwise handling it.
SAFE USE OF THE APPLIANCE
- The appliance is intended for indoor use only. Do not use it outdoors.
- The appliance is intended for use only in the home and in areas such as
- kitchenettes for staff in shops, offices and other workplaces;
- hotel or motel rooms and other living quarters;
- farms;
- bed and breakfast establishments.
- Do not use it for commercial purposes.
- The appliance is designed for food preparation. Do not use it for any purpose other than that for which it is intended. It is forbidden to convert the appliance for another purpose. Do not use any accessories that are not recommended by the manufacturer.
- Follow the instructions in this User Guide.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY
- Before plugging the power plug in, make sure that the voltage on the rating plate of the appliance matches the voltage at your mains socket. If in doubt, consult a qualified electrician.
- Only plug the power plug into a properly earthed mains socket.
- Do not use extension cords, multiple sockets or adapters.
- It is recommended to connect the appliance to a separate electrical circuit.
- Do not immerse the appliance, power cord or plug in water or any other liquid. There is a risk of electrical injury.
- Do not touch the plug with wet or damp hands, especially when plugging in or unplugging from the power supply.
- Route the power cord so that it does not touch hot surfaces, so that it cannot be stepped on or tripped over. Make sure that the power cord does not hang over the edge of the table or worktop, get tangled, bend excessively or touch sharp objects.
- Switch off the appliance, unplug the power plug from the mains socket whenever you leave it unattended, do not use it, before moving, cleaning or storing it. Allow the appliance to cool down before cleaning.
- Disconnect the power cord from the mains socket by pulling the plug, not by pulling the cord. There is a risk of damage to the power cord or the mains socket.
SAFE PLACEMENT OF THE APPLIANCE
- Do not place the appliance on window sills, sink drains or unstable surfaces. Always place it on a stable, flat and dry surface.
- Do not place the appliance on or near an electric or gas stove, or near open flames or appliances that are sources of heat.
- Do not use the appliance near a bathtub, sink, swimming pool or other water source.
- The button on the control panel is used to switch off the appliance. Do not switch off the appliance by removing the power plug from the mains socket.
- Ensure that there is sufficient clearance around the appliance to ensure air circulation.
- Always place the appliance on a solid and heat-resistant surface. Do not place it on a surface covered with a cloth (e.g. tablecloth) or on a heat-sensitive surface. Do not place it near heat-sensitive objects (e.g. curtains, drapes, etc.).
- Do not place the appliance near walls or other appliances. The minimum distance is 10 cm on all sides.
- Do not use the appliance in a place where flammable, volatile or explosive substances are used or stored.
SAFE APPLIANCE OPERATION
- Prepare the food in the frying container on the frying grid. Do not use the frying container without the frying grid properly inserted.
- Hot steam may escape from the appliance when it is in operation. Make sure there are no objects sensitive to hot steam near the appliance.
- The food in the frying container must not touch the heating element.
- Do not touch the heating element when it is hot, there is a risk of serious burns.
- Do not block the ventilation openings of the appliance. There is a risk of overheating and subsequent damage.
- Do not insert any objects into the holes in the front or rear part. There is a risk of electrical injury and damage to the appliance.
- If smoke escapes from the appliance, switch it off immediately and disconnect the power plug from the mains socket. Leave the frying container inside the appliance until the smoke stops escaping and disappears. Don’t throw smoke with water!
- When handling the frying container, use the handle and protective kitchen gloves.
SAFE MAINTENANCE
- Follow the cleaning instructions in this User Guide.
- If the appliance, power cord or plug are damaged or the appliance is not working properly, stop using it and contact an authorised service centre. Do not carry out the repair yourself.
- Neither the manufacturer, the importer nor the dealer accepts liability for any damage caused by incorrect assembly or use of the product.
- The socket must be located close to the appliance and must be easily accessible.
WARNINGS RELATING TO GLASS FRYING CONTAINER

During operation, the glass frying container is heated by hot air. Do not fill it with oil, grease or any other liquid. There is a risk of overheating the contents and damaging the container.

Do not overfill the glass frying container with food. The hot air will not be able to flow freely and the food will not be cooked sufficiently.

Do not expose the glass frying container to extreme temperatures. Do not pour cold water into a hot container and vice versa.
There’s a risk of damage. -
Protect the glass frying container from drops and bumps.

Allow the glass frying container to cool before cleaning.

Always place the hot glass frying container on a heat-resistant surface. Heat-sensitive surfaces can be damaged.

Always use a handle and protective oven mitts when handling a glass frying container, especially when the container is hot.

BEFORE FIRST USE
- Remove all packaging and foils and store them for later use.
- Remove the water container, its lid and the frying container with the frying grid. Carefully remove the front and back covers from the frying container. Wash all parts in warm water with a little kitchen detergent, rinse with clean water and wipe dry.
- Place the container in the fryer and put the lid on.
- Put on the front and back cover of the frying container, insert the frying mat into the frying container and place it in the fryer.
- Wipe the outer surface of the fryer with a soft sponge slightly dampened in warm water. Wipe dry with a clean cloth.
WARNING:
Before switching on the fryer, make sure that all washable parts are completely dry.
PLACEMENT
- Place the fryer on a firm, flat, dry and heat-resistant surface well away from the mains socket. Do not place it on a surface covered with a cloth (e.g. tablecloth) or on a heat-sensitive surface. Do not place it near heat-sensitive objects (e.g. curtains, drapes, etc.).
- Ensure that there is sufficient clearance around the fryer to ensure air circulation.

PURPOSE OF USE
The fryer is designed for cook food using hot air or hot air with steam. It is also intended for the preparation of pre-prepared foods (e.g. pre-fried chips).
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Basic use

Remove the frying container and place the frying mat on the bottom.
-
Place the food you are going to prepare in the container and put the container back in the fryer
WARNING:
Do not overfill the frying container. When filling, observe the maximum filling line. -
Plug the power supply plug into a mains socket. A short beep sounds and the button lights up.

Press the button to light up the control panel.
-
Use the button to select to cook in a hot air fryer (the icon will light up) or in a steam fryer (the icon will light up).
If you use a steam fryer, you must fill the container with water (see “Filling the Container”). -
Press the button repeatedly to select a food preparation method. The display alternates between the default temperature and the default cooking time.

If you need to change the temperature, press the button repeatedly until the “°C” icon lights up. Then use the +/- buttons to adjust the temperature in 5°C increments from 60°C to 200°C.

If you need to change the preparation time, press the button repeatedly until the “MIN” icon lights up. Then use the +/- buttons to adjust the cooking time in 1 minute increments from 1 to 60 minutes.

Press the button to start the cooking. The display alternates between the set temperature and the cooking time.

During the cooking process, check the state of doneness. If necessary, press the button to interrupt the fryer operation.
Remove the frying container, turn or stir the food and put it back in the fryer. Press the button to continue processing. -
When the set cooking time has elapsed, a beep sounds and the fryer switches off.

Remove the frying container from the fryer and check the browning status. When the food is cooked through, remove it from the frying container and serve. If the food is not cooked sufficiently, reset the food and adjust the temperature and cooking time as required.

If you will not be using the fryer, unplug the power plug from the mains socket and allow it to cool down before cleaning.
WARNING:
Use protective kitchen mitts. The fryer and frying container heat up during use and there is a risk of serious burns if not handled correctly.
WARNING:
Always place the hot frying container on a heat-resistant surface. Heat- sensitive surfaces can be damaged.
TIP:
Cooking food with the steam fryer function creates a crispy crust on the surface, making the food juicier.
FILLING THE CONTAINER
Fill the container with water whenever you use the steam fryer function.
- Remove the lid of the water container and pour clean, cold water into the container. Do not overfill the container. When filling, observe the maxima line located on the inner wall of the container.
- Put the lid back on.
WARNING:
Do not use the steam fryer function without water in the container. There is a risk of damage to the fryer.
CANCELLATION OF COOKING
If you need to cancel cooking while the fryer is in operation, press the button for a long time. The cooking is finished and the fryer switches off and enters standby mode.

Note:
The cooking times in the table are only approximate and can be adjusted for different quantities/weights of food. The actual cooking time may therefore vary.
COOKING TIPS
- Finished food should have a rather golden to light brown colour. A dark brown to black colour may indicate that the food is burnt. Consumption of burnt food is not recommended.
- We recommend preparing fresh potato fries at a maximum temperature of 180°C.
- The fryer can be preheated without food in the frying container for 3 minutes.
- Juice and excess fat from the food accumulates at the bottom of the fryer under the frying grid. Therefore, use food tongs when removing food.
- Do not overfill the frying container. Divide larger amounts of food into smaller batches that you will process gradually.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Before cleaning and maintenance, switch off the fryer, unplug the power plug from the mains socket and allow it to cool down.
WARNING:
Do not immerse the appliance, power cord or plug in water or any other liquid. There is a risk of electrical injury.
Note:
Do not use any abrasive or chemical cleaners, benzene, solvents, alcohol, etc. for cleaning. Do not use wire cloths or other tools that may scratch the surface.
FRYING CONTAINER, GRID AND WATER CONTAINER
- Remove the water container, its lid and the frying container with the frying grid. Carefully remove the front and back covers from the frying container. Wash all parts in warm water with a little kitchen detergent, rinse with clean water and wipe dry.
- Place the container in the fryer and put the lid on.
- Put on the front and back cover of the frying container, insert the frying mat into the frying container and place it in the fryer.
- If the food gets burnt on the grid or if juices or fat sticks to the bottom of the frying container, pour hot water into the container and add kitchen detergent. Leave on for about 10 minutes and then cleanse in the normal way.
FRYER
- Wipe the outer surface of the fryer with a soft sponge slightly dampened in warm water. Wipe dry with a clean cloth.
STORAGE
- Before storing, clean the fryer according to the instructions above.
- Store the fryer in its original box or other packaging in a dry and shady place out of reach of children and pets.
