  • This manual is technical information, only relevant personnel to refer to, without the consent of the company, shall not be leaked to third parties.

How it works

The principle is that after the dust-containing gas enters the cyclone, the straight line motion becomes a circular motion, and most of the rotating air flows down the cyclone from the cylinder in a spiral shape towards the vertebral body. The dust-containing gas produces centrifugal force during the rotating process, the dust particles with density greater than gas are thrown to the wall barrel. When the dust particles come into contact with the wall barrel, they lose inertia force and fall into the collecting barrel by the force of inlet velocity and downward gravity along the wall surface, when the external rotating air flow reaches the lower end of the vertebral body, because of the conic contraction, it continues to do the spiral flow (net air) in the same rotating direction from bottom to top in the axial direction of the cyclone tube, and enters the fan through the middle outlet, this gas contains a small amount (about 1%) of fine dust (generally less than 10 microns) into the cloth bag, for the second filtration.

Characteristics

A cyclone dust collector is an economical and efficient dust removal unit in place. Widely used in pharmaceutical industry (such as:

Tablet Press, granulator, sugar coating pot, mixer, grinder, vibrating screen machine, weighing, capsule sets, pre-treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and other process equipment) dust removal, as well as electronic, mechanical processing, precision instruments, biological, chemical, food, casting, building Materials, ceramics, loading and unloading, mining metallurgy and other industries purification and dust removal. For metal chips of small specific gravity, the dust of foundry sand, plastic powder, bakelite powder, carbon powder, gypsum powder and cement all have good dust removal effectin a certain range.

Merits

  • Innovation Patent new type Cyclone Dust Collector, reduce wind resistance, low gas consumption, high efficiency, low emission concentration.
  • Used for negative pressure suction, high efficiency, good suction effect.
  • The utility model has the advantages of simple structure and few consumables.
  • If the process flow of the plant changes, the equipment can be moved flexibly to meet the production needs.
  • Stable and reliable, small footprint

Safety tips

  • Do’s and don’ts before running
  • Check the last duty record, whether there is a hidden trouble to deal with.
  • Check each part, such as whether the joint is sealed and other fasteners are loose.
  • Check the dust collector and ash hopper, ash hopper and ash discharge device, ash transport device and other components of the air tightness, eliminate the phenomenon of ash leakage, air leakage.
  • The running place should be well-lit and the corridor unobstructed.
  • Make sure the power supply of each electric equipment is normal.

Runtime considerations

  • Pay attention to the fan, motor and other moving parts must run smoothly, no different direction, no violent vibration.
  • Run when there is an accident, power off, shutdown pending investigation.
  • It is strictly forbidden to clean and clean the dust collector by hand and do other work when the machine is switched on. The system of power-off and listing must be carried out when the dust collector is overhauled.
  • When the use of dust collector is not normal, to find the cause of timely shutdown.

Points to note for termination of operation

  • Fill out the duty log.
  • Before Shutting Down Fan, stop vacuuming, system run 3-5 minutes later, shut down main engine.
  • Cut off the total power supply, do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.

Safety notice

  • No fireworks near the dust collector.
  • Electrical equipment in the live part of the human body can not directly contact, otherwise there is the risk of electric shock.
  • When the equipment is running, the running parts of the fan and motor are forbidden to touch, otherwise it may cause harm to the human body.
  • When the dust collector fan is running normally, the bearing temperature is not higher than 80 °C and the motor temperature is not higher than 50 °C.
  • When entering the inside of the dust collector for maintenance, make sure that the dust in the dust hopper has been discharged (pay attention to anti-toxic, dust-proof) .

Operating instructions

  • Machine Safety Instruction
  • Please read this safety instruction before use, strictly follow the instructions to avoid unnecessary accidents.
  • Do not place hands or other objects around the entrance while the machine is in operation.
  • Clean the machine need to turn off the machine switch power supply, electrical appliances completely stop running, then clean up the work.
  • Do not install the machine power, the machine must be fixed firmly after use, in order to prevent the main engine loose caused by accident.
  • Machine installation or maintenance, must be in the case of power cut off operation.
  • In order to prevent personal electric shock, ensure the normal operation of equipment, be sure to connect to the ground wire.
  • Check the dust collector and the electrical wiring after the normal power supply.
  • In the dust collector must not have the object & GT; 120 °C into the filter room, if there is a large object into the dust collector, timely report, timely treatment.
  • It is found that the amount of air used in the dust remover is reduced, and the accumulated material of the cloth bag or filter core and the inner wall of the machine body should be removed in time.
  • Equipment maintenance should be cut off the power supply, listing operation, and set up a special guardian to prevent and prevent accidents.

Maintenance instructions

  • Avoid dust clogging and dust accumulation
  • In order to prevent the adhesion and corrosion of dust, after the dust removal operation, let the dust collector continue to run for a period of time, until the dust collector has been completely replaced by clean air before stopping the operation.
  • Eliminate the inner cylinder, Outer Cylinder and Blade attached to the dust, dust removal in the hopper.
  • Often check the dust collector for wear and leakage of the phenomenon, check the air-tightness of various parts.
  • Blockage of intake and exhaust port and its preventive measures. The blockage of inlet and outlet is caused by improper design, such as a slight rough right angle and oblique angle of inlet and outlet, which results in adhesion and thickening of dust until it is blocked.
  • Regularly check for faults
  • Eliminate any discharge plug, iron, and other debris promptly
  • Prevent excessive accumulation of dust in the hopper
  • Keep the dust outlet clean using manual or mechanical means
  • Check the pressure change and clean the intake and exhaust passages to prevent dust deposit

Fault check

  • Failure phenomenon
  • Found discharge plug, iron, sundry and so on to timely stop processing.
  • Excessive accumulation of dust in the hopper.

Method of elimination

  • Check and eliminate in time.
  • Keep the dust outlet clean by manual or mechanical means so that the dust can be discharged freely and the air inlet and exhaust passage can block the dust deposit on the inner side of the intake pipe and the outer side of the exhaust pipe to check the change of pressure.
