Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Download and Install the Insmart Health App

1. Scan the QR code or search and download the Insmart Health app
   from the Apple Store or Google Play.

Step 2: Register or Login

2. Open the Insmart Health app on your phone.

3. Turn on Bluetooth and grant location permission in the system
   background.

4. Register as a new user with an email address or login with an
   existing account.

Step 3: Connect and Pair the Scale

5. Open the Insmart Health app and follow the guide provided.
6. If there is no Bluetooth connection to the scale, follow the
   troubleshooting steps below.

Troubleshooting

No Bluetooth Connection to the Scale

1. Make sure the phone’s network is enabled (for registered
   users).

2. Ensure that Bluetooth and GPS connections are enabled on your
   phone.

3. Pair the device and take measurements when the app is
   open.

4. If you still cannot connect to the app, follow these steps:

5. Tap the Setting button.

6. Then tap Device Binding.

7. Tap the “+” button to search and pair with the Bluetooth
   Scale.

8. Go back to the home page of the app and tap the Measure button
   to start weighing.

Problems with Body Fat Measurement

1. Ensure that you are barefoot on the scales without socks or
   shoes.

2. Place your feet on the electrodes.

3. Stay on the scale for at least 5 seconds.

4. During the measurement process, tap the Measure button and keep
   this page open until you receive the measurement.

Inaccurate Measurement Results

1. Make sure that the scale is placed on a hard flat surface.

2. Note that the scale will calculate a net weight of 1kg when the
   screen light is on.

3. For accurate calibration, start the first measurement with a
   step-on and step-off of 10kg.

4. If you continue to experience problems, please contact customer
   service for further assistance.

Unit Switch

1. Priority: Find the button on the backside of the scale and
   press it to change units between kg, lb, and st.

2. Secondary: Find the Unit Conversion option in the Setting page
   of the app and change the unit according to your preference.
