TROUBLESHOOTING

FAQ’S

My flosser has stopped working

  • The worldwide warranty period is 1 year. Contact the team: “Your Account”> “Your Orders ” > Find your order and click on “Contact”.

Splashing water everywhere?

  • Put the water flosser in your mouth before you switch it on and partially close your lips enough to prevent splashing, let water flow into the sink. Keep the unit upright for continuous water flow. Switch it off before pulling it out of the mouth when finished.

No water is squirting out?

Please try below:

  • Fill the water tank.
  • Long press the release button, take out the jet tip and fill some water into the hold until water comes out from the water pipe.
  • Try to use the water flosser again.

Best pressure setting?

  • This water flosser comes with 3 pressure settings(Normal, Soft, Pulse, DIY). Some people may experience that their gums hurt while using a water flosser for the first time.
  • Be cautious and we recommend new users start with soft mode. ( Fill it with warm water would be better.)

How do I change flosser tips?

  • Every water flosser has a button on the machine, which allows you to remove the tip.
  • Please make sure to press the button on the machine before inserting or taking out the tip, otherwise, it will be easily stuck into the machine.

Longer service life?

  • Don’t use the charger in a shower stall or other area with running water that can come in direct contact with the charger. Don’t use a strong (high current) charger or overcharger the machine. If you want to use a adapter, you need to use 5V/1A.
  • Any adapter plug greater than 7V may trigger Over Voltage Protection and the unit will not charge.

Installation and removal of jet tips

  • Insert the jet tip into the jet tip mounting hole; upon hearing “click” , the installation is completed
  • Long press the release button of the jet tip and pull out the jet tip upward at the same time to remove the jet tip
