Quick Start Guide
Bluetooth Body Fat Scale
- Scan the QR code or search & download “Insmart Health” app at Apple Store or Google Play.
- Open “Insmart Health” app on your phone, register as a new user with an email address Or login with existed account.
- Turn on Bluetooth and Location Permission in system Background.
- Open the “Insmart Health” now and following the GUIDE on APP.
Trouble Shooting
No Bluetooth connection to my scale
- Make sure the phone’s network is enabled. (For REGISTERED User)
- Make sure that the Bluetooth and GPS connection is enabled.
- Pair device and take measurement when the APP is open.
- If you failed to get a connection to the app, proceed as below.
Problems with Body Fat Measurement
Inaccurate Measurement Results
- Make sure that the scale was placed on a hard flat surface.
- Mind that the scale will get NET WEIGHT of 1kg calculated when the SCREEN LIGHT ON.
- The first measurement should starts with a 10kg’s step-on & Step-off for quick calibration.
- Contact customer service for more detailed assistance if still got problems.
Unit Switch
- Priority: Find the button on the backside of scale, Press it to change units — kg, lb, st
- Secondary:
Find “Unit Conversion” in “Setting” page, Change unit by your preference
