USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Scan the QR code or search & download the “Insmart Health” app at the Apple Store or Google Play.
- Open the “Insmart Health” app on your phone, register as a new user with an email address, Or login with an existing account.
- Turn on Bluetooth and Location Permission in the system Background.
- Open the “Insmart Health” now and follow the GUIDE on APP.
Trouble Shooting
No Bluetooth connection to my scale
- Tap the “Setting” button
- Then Tap “Device Binding”
- Tap “+” to search and pair the Bluetooth Scale
- Go back to the home page, and tap the “Measure” button to start weighing.
Problems with Body Fat Measurement
- barefoot on the scales no socks or shoes.
- Place your feet on the electrodes.
- Stay on the scale for at least 5 seconds.
- During the measurement process, tap the “Measure” button and keep this page open till got the measurement
Inaccurate Measurement Results
- Make sure that the scale is placed on a hard flat surface.
- Mind that the scale will get a NET WEIGHT of 1kg calculated when the SCREEN LIGHT ON.
- The first measurement should start with a 10 kg step-on & Step-off for quick calibration.
- Contact customer service for more detailed assistance if still have problems.
