Product Usage Instructions

1. Preventing Splashing

To prevent splashing water everywhere, follow these steps:

  1. Put the water flosser in your mouth before switching it
    on.

  2. Partially close your lips enough to prevent splashing.

  3. Allow the water to flow into the sink.

  4. Keep the unit upright for continuous water flow.

  5. Switch off the flosser before pulling it out of your mouth when
    finished.

2. Troubleshooting – No Water Squirting Out

If no water is squirting out, try the following steps:

  1. Fill the water tank.

  2. Long press the release button to take out the jet tip.

  3. Fill some water into the hole until water comes out from the
    water pipe.

  4. Try using the water flosser again.

3. Pressure Settings

This water flosser comes with 3 pressure settings: Normal, Soft,
Pulse, DIY. For new users, it is recommended to start with the soft
mode to avoid gum discomfort. Filling the water tank with warm
water can enhance the experience.

  1. Locate the button on the water flosser machine.
  2. Press the button on the machine to remove the tip.
  3. Insert or take out the tip carefully to avoid it getting stuck

  • Do not use the charger in a shower stall or any area with
    running water that can come in direct contact with the

    plug greater than 7V may trigger Over Voltage Protection and
    prevent charging.

6. Installation and Removal of Jet Tips

To install and remove jet tips, follow these steps:

  1. Insert the jet tip into the jet tip mounting hole until you
    hear a click, indicating installation completion.

  2. To remove the jet tip, long press the release button of the jet
    tip and pull it upward at the same time.

  3. Note: Avoid pressing the release button of the jet tip during
    use to prevent accidental injury from the jet tip ejecting.
