Before Wiring and Installing

Installation instructions

  1. Ensure the power is turned off.
  2. Slide the LCD assembly downwards to detach the mounting plate.
  3. Connect the power supply and load to the designated terminals.
  4. Securely affix the mounting plate to the wall using screws within the pattress box.
  5. Attach the thermostat body to the mounting plate by rotating it.
  6. The installation is now complete.

Thermostat Control During Power On

  1. Power Control: Press to switch the thermostat on or off.
  2. Manual & Programmable Modes: Touch to toggle between manual mode and programmable mode.
  3. Setting the Temperature: In programmable mode, time and set-point adjustments are disabled. To modify, switch to manual mode or programmable settings. In manual mode, press the Up or Down buttons to adjust the set temperature.

The 002 series range is designed to regulate electric underfloor heating, water heating, or water/gas boiler systems. These units are specifically crafted for applications in commercial, industrial, civil, and domestic properties.

  • GA is designated for water heating purposes.
  • GB is intended for electric heating systems.
  • GC is tailored for water/gas boiler configurations.
  • The use of NTC and Modbus is optional.

Wiring Instructions

Note:

  • GA is intended for water heating systems.
  • GB is designed for electric heating systems.
  • GC is compatible with water/gas boiler setups.
  • If your boiler has more than three wires, please contact us for the correct installation method.
  • NTC and Modbus options are available at your discretion.

Installation Instructions

  1. Ensure the power is turned off, as illustrated in Fig 1.
  2. Slide the LCD assembly downward to detach the mounting plate, as shown in Fig 2.
  3. Connect the power supply and load to the designated terminals (refer to “Wiring your thermostat” for specifics and consult Fig 3).
  4. Securely affix the mounting plate to the wall using screws within the pattress box, following the guidance in Fig 4.
  5. Attach the thermostat body to the mounting plate by rotating it, as depicted in Fig 5.
  6. The installation is now complete, as indicated in Fig 6.

Home Screen Guide

Thermostat Control

  1. Power Control: Press to switch the thermostat on or off.

  2. Manual & Programmable Modes: Touch to toggle between manual mode (indicated by in the bottom left of the screen) and programmable mode (indicated by the period icon on the right side).

  3. Setting the Temperature: In programmable mode, time and set-point adjustments are disabled. To modify, switch to manual mode or programmable settings. In manual mode, press to set your desired temperature.

  4. Adjusting the Clock: Tap the icon to set the minute, hour, and weekday (1= Monday, 2=Tuesday, etc.) using the arrows. Press again to confirm and exit.

  5. Thermostat Lock Feature: Hold the buttons for 5 seconds to lock or unlock your thermostat. In item 3 of high sensor options, you can choose between full lock or half lock.

  6. Program Schedule Adjustments: Manually configure a week of programming settings with the following specific operations.

  7. Touch to switch between manual mode and program mode. In manual mode, will be displayed at the bottom of the screen. In program mode, touch and hold the clock icon until the weekday schedule settings appear (numbers 1 to 6 will show along the left of the screen).

  8. Use the left and right arrow icons to adjust the time.

  9. Press the clock icon and use the up and down arrows to set the temperature for the first period.

  10. Press the clock icon again and use the up and down arrows to set the time for the 2nd period. Repeat this process for periods 3, 4, and 5,6.

  11. Press the clock icon once more to enter the Saturday schedule settings (number 6 will show along the left of the screen).

  12. Repeat the above process to set the period, temperature, and Sunday schedule. Press the clock icon once more to confirm and exit.
    Default Settings for Program Schedule
    Distinct schedules can be established for weekdays (Monday to Friday) and weekends (Saturday or Sunday).
    Programming Your Thermostat Using the App
    Utilize the app to configure one week of programming settings. For detailed instructions, consult the second page titled “Programming Your Thermostat.”

  13. Monitoring Floor Sensor Temperature: Hold down the down arrow for 5 seconds to view the temperature of the floor sensor.

Getting Ready for Use

  1. Downloading the MOES App
  2. The MOES App offers enhanced compatibility compared to the Tuya Smart/Smart Life App. It functions seamlessly with Siri for scene control, provides widgets, and offers scene recommendations as part of its brand-new, customized service. (Please note: While the Tuya Smart/Smart Life App still works, we highly recommend using the MOES App.)
  3. Account Registration or Login:
    Access the Register/Login interface: select “Register” to create an account by inputting your phone number for a verification code and setting a password. Opt for “Log in” if you already possess a MOES account.

ZigBee Connection

Ensure that your device is within the effective signal coverage of your smart ZigBee gateway to establish a successful connection with the ZigBee gateway in the MOES APP.

Method One:
Scan the QR code to access the network configuration guide.

  1. Confirm that your MOES APP has successfully connected to a Zigbee gateway.

Method Two:

  1. Ensure that your Smart MOES Smart APP has successfully connected to a Zigbee gateway.
  2. Reset: Turn off the thermostat, press and hold the button until the thermostat screen flashes quickly, displaying the icon. Then, follow the instructions in the accompanying figure.
  3. Access the gateway by following the steps in the image below, completing the process by selecting “Add subdevice → LED already blinks.” The connection will take about 10 – 120 seconds, depending on your network conditions.
  4. Once the device is added successfully, you can edit its name on the device page by clicking “Done”.
  5. Click “Done” to enter the device page and indulge in the convenience of your smart home automation.

Description of App User Interface

Troubleshooting Guide

  1. Power On, No Display:
  2. Verify if the terminals between the LCD panel and the Power Unit Box are loose.
  3. No Output, Display Working:
  4. Replace either the LCD panel or the Power Unit Box with new components to resolve the issue.
  5. Slight Room Temperature Discrepancy:
  6. Perform temperature calibration by accessing item 1 in the high senior options menu.

Warranty Condition

A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. If you need repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller directly, you must provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase.
