Downloading the MOES App
The MOES App offers enhanced compatibility compared to the Tuya Smart/Smart Life App. It functions seamlessly with Siri for scene control, provides widgets, and offers scene recommendations as part of its brand-new, customized service. Register or Log In
Download the “MOES” application and proceed to the Register/Login interface. If you’re a new user, tap “Register” to create an account by entering your phone number to receive a verification code and setting a password. If you already have a MOES account, simply choose “Log in” to access your account.
Pairing the Smart Plug with the Application
- Ensure Connectivity: Before you begin, make sure your smartphone is actively connected to both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth networks for seamless setup.
- Device Reset: Perform a reset by pressing and holding the power switch button. When the indicator light starts flashing rapidly, the device is ready for network configuration.
- MOES App Setup: Open the MOES App on your smartphone. A prompt page will automatically appear on the screen. Click on “Add,” then select the specific device you want to integrate and click the “+” button to initiate the pairing process.
- Wi-Fi Configuration: Enter your Wi-Fi password in the designated field and click “Next.” Wait for the connection process to complete. Once the device is successfully added, you have the option to edit its name for easy identification. Click “Done” to access the device’s dedicated page within the app.
- Embrace Smart Living: Congratulations! With the setup completed, you are now ready to embrace the convenience and efficiency of home automation. Enjoy the benefits of controlling your devices effortlessly through your smartphone, enhancing your daily routines with smart living solutions.
Warranty Conditions
A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2
years. If you need repair or other services during the warranty period,
contact the product seller directly, you must provide the original proof of
purchase with the date of purchase.

for which the claimed claim may not be recognized:

- Exposure to adverse external influences, such as sunlight and other radiation or electromagnetic fields, fluid intrusion, object intrusion, mains overvoltage, electrostatic discharge voltage (including lightning), faulty supply or input voltage and inappropriate polarity of this voltage, chemical processes such as used power supplies, etc.
- If anyone has made modifications, modifications, alterations to the design or adaptation to change or extend the functions of the product compared to the purchased design or use of non-original components.
