Step 1: Downloading the App
To use the Aura Scenting product, you need to download the Aura Scenting app from either Google Play or the App Store. Follow the steps below depending on your device:
iOS
- Open the App Store on your iOS device.
- Search for “Aura Scenting” in the search bar.
- Select the Aura Scenting app from the search results.
- Tap on the “Download” button to install the app on your device.
Android
- Open Google Play on your Android device.
- Search for “Aura Scenting” in the search bar.
- Select the Aura Scenting app from the search results.
- Tap on the “Install” button to download and install the app on your device.
Step 2: Scanning the QR Code
If the QR code provided with the product cannot be scanned, follow these alternative steps:
- Open the Aura Scenting app on your device.
- If prompted, allow the app to access your camera.
- Tap on the “Scan QR Code” option within the app.
- If scanning fails, tap on the “Search” button within the app.
- Type “Aura Luxury Scenting” in the search bar and press Enter.
- Select the Aura Luxury Scenting app from the search results.
- Tap on the “Download” or “Install” button to get the app on your device.

Where to get the app
Note
- Please make sure that the Bluetooth function is turned on;
- Please make sure that the location function of the mobile phone is turned on.
Amend password
If you
forget the password, please press the reset button to restore the factory
setting.The factory settings password is 8888.
Installation step
Press on the top cover to open the machine;- Take out the top cover with diffusion head and bottle;
- Unscrew the bottle;
- Fill the bottle with fragrance.
Operations
power on
Connect with12V LA power supply, there is “beep”voice coming out.
power off
Press to turn off the machine
Intensity setting
The machine has 10 intensity levels, Press( to increase the intensity, press
to decrease the intensity.
Power indicator
indicating the direction of the power supply.
Reset Bluetooth App password
press and hold for 3 seconds to reset password to 8888.

Note

Warning

Please keep the machine vertical after installation.
Tilting or lying flat can cause oil to overflow, and the circuit board may be contaminated, which could affect its efficiency; -
Should not modify, dismantle or repair the machine arbitrarily. Any malfunction occurs, please contact the relevant technician immediately.
Troubleshooting
Before asking to have the machine repaired, please try to diagnose the problem first following to bellow instructions.
| Breakdown | Solution |

No diffuse
|
- Check if the power is ON or OFF;
- The pump is damaged and needs replacing
- If there is no diffusion or it is weak, replace the oil with rubbing alcohol and run it through the machine for 5 minutes.
Little or no spray coming out|
- Atomization head is blocked. Clean diffuser by running rubbing alcohol through it. Or replace diffuser core;
- Diffuser core with straw is missing or damaged. Replace with a new one;
- Pump is damaged and may need replacing.
Diffuser spray in g liquid|
- Di ffuser core is damaged, Replace diffuser core.
- Machine is tilted or angled, Make sure it’s upright at all times.
Oil Leaking|
- Bottle is loose. Screw it in proper ly and straight;
- Seal is broken or missing. Replace the supplied seal that came with the machine.
Abnorma l sound|
- Pump is loose or damaged, Tighten the pump or repl ace.
No display on screen|
- Make sure the power is ON;
- Check the plug for damage, Try another outlet, If pluges damaged replace;
- Display screen is damaged, Replace.
Equipment cleaning
The machine needs to be cleaned when below situations happen:
- You’re about to change to another essential oil;
- The atomization volume becomes weak.
Cleaning steps
- Find a clean bottle and fill it with industrial alcohol;
- Install this bottle to the machine and turn the machine on. Let it work for 5-10 minutes;
- Turn off the electric, finish the cleaning
