  • For your safety, it is advised to have a certified electrician install the fittings, ensuring the installation adheres to the latest IEE wiring regulations and local building control standards.
  • Please refrain from disassembling, reassembling, modifying, or attempting to repair the product independently. Tampering with such items could result in electric shock, leading to severe injury or even fatality.

Storage Instructions

Prior to opening, store the product in a well-ventilated and dry area, maintaining a temperature range of – 40 °C to + 100 °C and a relative humidity of no more than 85% RH. Ensure the indoor environment is free from acid, alkali, salt, corrosive substances, explosive gases, and flammable materials. Additionally, protect the product from dust, rain, and snow.

The MOES App offers enhanced compatibility compared to the Tuya Smart/Smart Life App. It functions seamlessly with Siri for scene control, provides widgets, and offers scene recommendations as part of its brand-new, customized service. (Please note: While the Tuya Smart/Smart Life App still works, we highly recommend using the MOES App.)

Register or Log In

To register or log in, start by downloading the “MOES” application. Once installed, access the Register/Login interface. If you’re a new user, click “Register” and enter your phone number to receive a verification code. Set your password to complete the registration process. If you already have a MOES account, select “Log in” to access your account.

  1. Ensure that you have connected your 2.4 G WiFi network and a ZigBee hub to the MOES APP.
  2. Add the ZigBee bulb to the hub. Reset the bulb by toggling the power switch On/Off three times until it flashes for 6 seconds.

  5. Now, you can enjoy the convenience of smart automation by controlling the smart bulb from anywhere you prefer.

Troubleshooting Guide

  • Issue 1: Device Fails to Connect to the APP
    • Possible Causes:
    • ZigBee products require the MPES/TUYA ZigBee gateway.
    • Check if the router connected to the gateway has internet access. Ensure the gateway’s Wi-Fi signal strength and attempt reconnection.
    • Ensure the device is within 5 meters of the ZigBee gateway and other ZigBee devices for a proper mesh network. Keep recommended distances and avoid obstructions.
    • Verify if the device is in network distribution mode.
  • Issue 2: Device Turns On and Off Unexpectedly
    • Possible Reasons:
    • Check if timers, scenes, or automation settings in the App are causing the device to behave unexpectedly.
    • Verify if the device is shared with others, leading to unintended operations.
    • Power failures in the house might trigger automatic device activation during recovery.
    • Unstable power supply voltage could result in frequent device restarts. Ensure stable power input.
    • Resolution:
    • If none of the above conditions apply, reset the device to factory settings within the App. This action will remove the device from the App’s device list, clearing all related information. Reconfigure the device after resetting.
  • Issue 3: Flashing Lights on Reconnecting Warm and Cold Double-Color Bulb
    • Possible Explanation:
    • Frequent switching on and off might cause the device to enter App configuration mode.
    • Resolution:
    • If the problem persists despite troubleshooting, there might be a hardware malfunction. Contact the company’s customer support for further assistance and after-sales service.

Warranty Conditions
