CARE AND MAINTENANCE

• TURN OFF ELECTRICITY at the main fuse box (or circuit breaker box) before beginning installation by removing fuse (or switching off the circuit breaker).

CAUTION

• CONSULT A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN TO ENSURE CORRECT BRANCH CIRCUIT CONDUCTOR.
• If in doubt about electrical installation, consult a licensed electrician.

INSTALLATION OVERVIEW

• Turn off the power before starting installation.

• Adjust the threaded rod on the mounting bracket (CC) by unscrewing the preassembled hex nut and then screwing the threaded rod in or out of the mounting bracket (CC) to allow the canopy (DD) to rest flush against the ceiling when the ring (FF) is tightened on the loop (GG).

• Adjust the length of EE as necessary, then attach EE to GG and A. Feed wires up through EE.

• Connect wires, smooth wire to black wire, ridged wire to white wire and fixture ground wire to ground wire.

• Use 60-watt max. candelabra-base incandescent bulbs or CFL/LED equivalent (bulb sold separately.

• Turn the power back on and test the fixture.
