UV Light Sterilizer
The multifunctional ultraviolet disinfection cabinet is commonly used for small objects drying, and sterilization of intelligent home equipment. In the function, it will gradually replace the traditional water-boiled sterilization products. After washing small items (such as baby bottles, pacifiers, saliva towels, toys, small bowls, etc.), put them into the machine, select the required working procedures, dry them through PTC technology, and sterilize them with ultraviolet light, which can greatly kill the number of bacteria surviving and reduce the possibility of reinfection with bacteria.

Safety Precaution

Risks may happen if these instructions/safety information is not obeyed by when using.

• Children, old people or disabled people shall use the product under guardianship or guidance. Children shall be kept away from playing with plastic bags and packaging boxes. The packaging materials shall be far away from children.
• Do not use the product on the bevelled or unstable table.
• The washed items shall be put into the product after shaking for drying as much as possible. When putting into the product, the top of bottle or cup shall be upward.  It is not recommended to put items with water into the product.
• The internal product is made of stainless steel mirror materials, which can be wiped with a dry or wet wipe.  Water flushing is forbidden.
• If the product is found not to be used normally. It must not be dismantled for maintenance privately.  Please contact customer service through the purchasing channel or the after-sales personnel of our company to consult about maintenance.
• It is strictly forbidden to put food, items with battery power devices and items with temperature tolerance of fewer than 60 degrees, into this machine for drying and Sterilization.
• The product shall be used in a cool and ventilated environment.  The product must not be used in humid environments such as bathrooms and swimming pool.

Instructor for First Use

1. Open the package and take out the products, then check the parts list. (Use manual 1, shelf 1, basket *1)
2. Place the layer shelf according to needs.
3. Use the clean half-wet cloth to wipe the internal cabinet. Do not wipe with a sharp cloth to avoid scratching it.
4. Put a few slices of lemon in the cabinet, empty the machine (without items) and select the automatic mode to run for two cycles. After that, open the cabinet door to disperse the smell of the new machine, which can disperse the smell of the machine involved in the production, packaging, storage, transportation and other links.
5. Clean the items to be sterilized, and throw away the large drops of water, put items into the cabinet and select the appropriate function to start working.
6. It is recommended to dry and then sterilize (automatic mode) because bacteria can easily breed in wet conditions.

Mode Setting

• Automatic Mode

  • Press the “AUTO” button to run the automatic mode, including the drying + sterilization process, the default 60 minutes. The machine first turns on the drying function to dry the items. about 45 minutes.
  • The remaining time is displayed for 15 minutes, and it automatically transitions to the sterilization stage.
  • After 3 minutes remaining is displayed, the air will be filtered automatically.
  • Filter the air until time is up, then enter storage mode. Storage mode can be cancelled manually.

• Drying Mode
  Press the “DRY” key, the machine only runs the drying program, not the sterilization program. After drying, the machine will enter the storage mode automatically. The storage mode can be manually canceled.

• Sterilization Mode
  Press the “UV” key, the machine runs the sterilizing process only and will not dry the items. After sterilization, the machine will enter the storage STERILIZE mode automatically, and the storage mode can be manually canceled.

• Storage Mode
  Press the “STORAGE” key to enter the storage mode. The machine is fixed and sterilized for 2 minutes. After sterilization, the machine changes air for 2 minutes. It automatically operates every 2 hours and automatically turns off after 24 hours.

• Child Lock Mode

  • Long press “CHILD LOCK” for 3 seconds, the CHILD LOCK icon on the display screen is light, and the machine enters the CHILD LOCK state. At this time, pressing other keys is invalid and the icon will flash.
  • Press the child lock button for 3 seconds to cancel. It works properly after unlocking.

Time Adjustment

Adjustable Automatic Time
Press the “AUTO” key and press the “AUTO” key again to adjust the intelligent time, 25/35/45/55/65 minutes cycle to select the drying time change. Sterilization is fixed for 12 minutes unchanged and ventilation time is fixed for 3 minutes unchanged.

Adjust Drying Time
Press the “DRY” key, and press the “DRY” key again to adjust the drying time. 20/30/40/50/60 mins can be set.

Adjust the Sterilization Time
Press “UV” button twice to adjust the sterilizing time. It can be selected in 10/15/20 minutes.

Other Features

Night Light Pattern
There is a night light function inside the machine. When the door is opened, the night light will be on.

Safety Switch
When the door is opened, the safety switch is activated. The night light is on and all functions are turned off. All ICONS on the LED screen will light. When the door is closed again, it will automatically enter the previous working mode.

Temperature Control Function
The product is equipped with a temperature protection function. When the temperature in the chassis reaches 65°C/149°F, the heating function is automatically off, and when the temperature decreases, the heating function automatically works, preventing risks caused by excessive temperature in the chassis.

Daily Maintenance and Cleaning

Daily Cleaning Code
Daily cleaning is recommended once every 10-15 days

• A. Remove the cleaning cabinet accessories (shelves, air filter);
• B. Please choose a fine soft toothbrush or dry cloth to wipe the air filter screen and then clean the surface with a breeze;
• C. Stainless steel shelves please use clean water and then dry cloth wipe, and ventilation dry;
• D. Use wet wipes to wipe the inside of the cleaning cabinet, and ventilate and dry it;
• E. After cleaning, please reinstall the machine for later use.

Material Specification

• Air Filter:
  This product air filter can filter fine particles, dust, hair and other pollutants, keeping the air inside the machine clean.

• Ultraviolet Lamp:
  Using a UV sterilization lamp tube, the microbe monitoring sterilization rate 99.99%. It has a high bactericidal effect.

Use Tip
The air filter can not be washed and it is recommended that daily maintenance can take a fine soft toothbrush or dry cloth to wipe.

Storage And Aseptic Protection

• Items Stored
  Dried/sterilized items can be placed inside the machine as a sanitary storage cabinet.

• Sterile Protection
  After sterilization, if it is necessary to keep the internal articles sterile for a long time, the “STORAGE” function can be turned on. The program should be run every 2 hours for sterilization and ventilation.
