IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS HEATER AND KEEP IT FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
- When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons, including the following:
- Read all instructions before using this heater.
- The surface of this heater will become hot during use. To avoid burns, do not touch hot surfaces with bare hands. Use handles when moving the unit.
- High temperature. Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 meters) from the front and top of the radiator and keep them away from the sides and rear.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Do not allow it to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary when used by or near children. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the machine or remote control.
- Always unplug the heater when not in use.
- Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug or after the heater, has been damaged in any manner. Or return the heater to an authorized service facility for examination, electrical or mechanical adjustment or repair.
- Do not use it outdoors or on wet surfaces.
- Do not handle any part of the plug or machine with wet hands. Suitable for dry locations ONLY. This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas and similar indoor locations. Never place the heater where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container. Do not use or store it where it may get wet or in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower, or a swimming pool.
- Do not run the cord under the carpeting. Do not cover the cord with throw rugs, runners or the like. Do not route the cord under furniture or appliances. Arrange the cord away from the traffic area so that it will not be tripped over.
- To disconnect the heater, turn it off first, then remove the plug from the outlet.
- Connect to properly grounded outlets only.
- Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause electric shock, fire or damage to the heater.
- To prevent a possible fire, do not use any opening or exhaust block, and keep it free of dust, lint, hair, and anything that may reduce airflow. Do not put any object into the inlet grill or the exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the appliance.
- A heater has hot or arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use it in areas where gasoline, paint or flammable liquids are used or stored.
- Use this heater only as described in this User Guide. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, injury to persons or other damage to property.
- To prevent overload and blown fuses, be sure that no other appliance is plugged into the same outlet (receptacle) or another outlet (receptacle) wired into the same circuit.
- If there is a loose fit between the plug and the socket or the plug becomes very hot, the socket may need to be replaced. Check with a qualified electrician to replace the socket.
- It is normal for the plug and cord to feel warm to the touch. A plug or cord that becomes hot to the touch or becomes distorted in shape may be a result of a worn electrical outlet. Worn outlets or receptacles should be replaced prior to further use of the heater. Plugging the heater into a worn outlet/ receptacle may result in overheating of the power cord or fire.
- The output of this heater may vary and its temperature may become intense enough to burn exposed skin. Use of this heater is not recommended for persons with reduced sensitivity to heat or an inability to react to avoid burns.
- Ensure the heater is on a stable, secure surface to eliminate the potential of tipping it over.
- Always plug heaters directly into a wall outlet/ receptacle. Never use with an extension cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip).
- Be sure that the plug is fully inserted into an appropriate receptacle. Please remember that receptacles also deteriorate due to aging and continuous use: check periodically for signs of overheating or deformations evidenced by the plug. Do not use the receptacle and CALL your electrician.
- Check that neither the appliance nor the power cable has been damaged in any way during transportation.
- Make sure that no pieces of polystyrene or other packaging material have been left between elements of the appliance. It may be necessary to pass over the appliance with a vacuum cleaner.
- Do not attempt to modify or repair the product by yourself.
- Doing so could void the warranty and cause damage or personal injury. Only a repair technician may disassemble or repair this product.
- Choking hazard – This remote control unit contains a small battery. Keep the remote control away from children and do not swallow the battery. If the battery is swallowed seek medical advice at once.
- If the machine is not working as it should, has received a sharp blow, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water, do not use it and contact Customer Support.
- Before cleaning, or storage, or when not in use, always turn the heater OFF unplug it from the electrical outlet and allow it to cool.
- NOTE: There may be a trace of smoke or odour when the unit is first operated. This indicates that a drop of oil fell on the heating coil during the manufacturing process. It will quickly evaporate and should not re-occur.
- IMPORTANT – This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to rig this safety feature.
- DANGER -High temperatures may be generated under certain abnormal conditions.
- Do not partially or fully cover or obstruct the front of this heater.

Operations and Functions
Remote Control
Note: For convenience, the same control buttons can be found on the remote control.
Operations and Functions
- Place the heater on a firm, level surface and at least 3ft. (0.9m) away from any wall or combustible material. Plug into an appropriate voltage AC outlet, the unit will enter standby mode with a beep and power indicator on red.
- Your heater is ready for use now.
Power ON/OFF
- Press on the heater/ remote control once to turn the heater ON with default settings: Power indicator on red, LED displays the current room temperature.
- Press once again to turn the heater OFF with a 25-second delay and countdown time on the display.
M Mode / Heat Level Setting
- When the unit is on, repeatedly press the heater/ remote control to cycle through High —+ ECO —+ Low modes. You can set the desired the temperature on ECO mode.
M ECO Mode
- When the unit is on, repeatedly press on the heater/ remote control to select ECO mode.
- When ECO mode is turned on, the heater will adjust the working mode (High or Low) automatically based on the set temperature.
Oscillation
- Press the button once, and the heater will begin oscillating from left to right around 75° to get better heat dispersion. Press again to turn the oscillation off.
Temperature Adjustment
- When the unit is on, press + or – on the heater/ remote control to adjust the temperature from 60 to 90° F (16-32°C) in 1 ° F / °C increments.
- Once set, the LED display will show the set temperature, and display the current room temperature after flashing for 3 seconds.
- When the set temperature is reached, the heater will stop working. When the room temperature is lower than the set one, the heater will start working again.
OF/C Temperature in Degrees Fahrenheit/ Celsius
- Press and hold the + and – Buttons on the heater simultaneously for 3 seconds to switch the temperature display between Fahrenheit and Celsius settings.
Auto OFF Timer
- When the unit is on, repeatedly press the button on the heater/ remote control, which can be set from 01 to 12 hours timer cyclically. After setting the timing, the orange icon “H” in the display area lights up.
- When time is up, the unit will automatically stop running.
To cancel the Timer setting,
- Press 2 times in a row the timer resets to zero
- Adjust the timer setting to 00.
Ambient Light Button
- Press the ambient light button to turn on warm yellow ambient lighting at 100% brightness. Press it again to turn it down to 40% brightness. Press a third time to turn off the light.
Child Lock Function
- Long press the child lock button for 2s, and the lock icon turns Orange, which means the child lock function is activated.
- When the child lock function is activated, there is no response to any function button on the remote or control panel but the lock icon will flash. Long press the child lock button for 2s to deactivate the child lock function before setting.
Other Features
Memory Function
- The heater will always remember your last settings (temperature & working mode) once you turn it on again.
15-Hour Auto Shut Off
- When the heater has been working for 15 hours continuously without any other operation, it will shut off automatically.
Auto LED Display OFF
- In the case of no operation for 3 seconds, the brightness of the LED display will dim to 50%, and after another 15 seconds, the light in the display area will light out, press any button to wake it up.
Tip-Over Protection
- When the heater is tipped over, the heater will shut off automatically.
- Place the heater back on a flat, level and stable surface and remain upright. Then turn it on again.
Replacement of Batteries in Remote Control
- Remove the battery insulating film along the indicated arrow direction to power on the remote.
- To replace the battery, unscrew the cover and replace it with 1 CR2032 type lithium battery. Make sure the position is correct.
- Reinstall the battery box cover.
CAUTION:
- Replace with new batteries of the same type when replacement is required.
- When not using the remote control for a long time, please take out the battery.
- Do not attempt to dismantle the battery.
- Do not dispose of the battery in a fire, the battery may explode or leak.
EASY TO INSTALL
- Step 1. Take out the heater body and parts from the box. Cross butt the bases. (Fig.1)
- Step 2. Thread the power cord through the wire hole and join the heater body and base together. (Fig.2)
- Step 3. After aligning the buckle, turn it clockwise to lock the base. (Fig.3)

Cleaning and Maintenance
- It is recommended that the heater be cleaned at least one time during the operating season and before off-season storage to provide the optimum level of performance.
- Always disconnect the appliance from the mains by switching it off and removing the plug from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Turn the heater OFF, unplug it and wait for the heater to cool down.
- Use only a soft cloth to gently wipe the outer surfaces of the heater.
- Do not use any cleaning agents or detergents.
- Never immerse the heater in water and never allow water to drip into the motor housing. Be sure not to wet the Heating Element and the switches.
- For storage, you may leave the heater covered to protect it from dust. Store it in a cool, dry location and arrange the cable away from traffic areas so that it will not be tripped over or damaged.
CAUTION
- Do not allow water to run into the interior of the heater as this could result in a fire or electric shock hazard.
- Any other servicing should be performed by an authorized service representative.

Ensure your heater is placed on a flat and even surface.
The setting temperature is lower than the room temperature.| Make sure the
thermostat is set at a higher temperature than the room temperature.
The heater suddenly stops during the heating| Ambient temperature reaches
above 122°F| Unplug it from the power source and power it on again when the
ambient temperature drops below 50°C/122°F.
The heater is tipped over.| Place it on a flat, level and stable surface and
remain upright. Then turn it on again.

If any problems occur, please contact the Grelife Customer Support Team via the contact information listed in this User Guide. We can only provide after-sales service for products that are sold by Grelife or Grelife-authorized retailers and distributors.
