MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS

PREPARATION: Read the mounting instructions carefully and make sure that all items of the parts list are included.
- CAUTION: Make sure that your vehicle is parked safely and cannot fall over. Turn off the engine and remove the ignition key. Let the engine/exhaust cool off if necessary. Disconnect the vehicle battery when working on the electrical system. Use appropriate tools and wear always safety glasses and hand protection. Have another person help you.

Note: a All measurements in millimeters. b The second number indicates
the total quantity of the part in the delivery.
‘No torque specifications, Use the torque defined by vehicle manufacturer! The
standard torque in this table can be used as long as it is within the vehicle
manufacturer’s specifications.
WARNING: Always wear eye and hand protection!
WARNING: Always use appropriate tools!
Loosen the screws of the engine fairings on both sides; remove the engine
fairings from the vehicle. 
Loosen the screws on both sides of the shown fairing holders; remove the
fairing holders from the vehicle.
The upper fairing holder on the right side of the vehicle remains on the
vehicle. Close the opening with the screw 11 l.
WARNING: Use liquid thread locker!
Tighten the screw as specified. 
NOTICE: The screws (4) and washers (5) are omitted when mounting at the
same time with the
SW-MOTECH crash bar, as shown in the detail drawing, (the nuts (7) are only
used on the left side).
Attach the mounting brackets 12) and 13) on both sides to the vehicle.
WARNING: Use liquid thread locker!
Tighten the screws as specified.
Attach the
mounting brackets 19) and 11 to both sides of the vehicle.
WARNING: Use liquid thread Locker!
Tighten the screws as specified. 
Attach the front bracket 1141 to the front spoiler 1131.
WARNING: Use liquid thread locker!
Tighten the screws as specified. 
Attach the front spoiler 1131 to the mounting brackets 121, 131, 191 and 1101.
WARNING: Use liquid threat locker!
Once all parts are aligned without excess tension, tighten the screws 1161,
1151 and 141 as specified.
Tighten the screws 111 I with the manufacturers’ specified torque.
RODUCT SPECIFIC INFORMATION

WARNING: Ground clearance can be reduced by this product! Special care should be taken when cornering at extreme lean angles and / or riding on uneven surfaces (for example curbs and bumps)!

WARNING: All motorcycle exhaust pipes have large geometric tolerances.
Make sure to double-check all part clearances in the affected areas! -
NOTICE: Observe the country-specific regulations concerning vehicle registration/operation as well as TOV regulations if applicable. If required, register installed parts in the vehicle documents through an appropriate inspection authority.
