- When the red lights turn off, it means that charging has been completed.
- Sometimes one of the earbuds will take slightly longer to charge than the other
- When you place the earbuds in the charging case and the lights don’t turn on, it means that the charging case battery is empty.
- It takes approximately 50 minutes to fully charge the earbuds.
How to charge your charging case
- Charge the charging case by connecting the USB cable provided into the slot on the rear of the case;
- When the red light on the back of the case is turned off it means that the charging case is fully charged.
- The next is a very common issue.
- No matter what brand of Bluetooth headphones you use, you may have encountered this issue.
- Don’t worry, we are here to help you
What can we do if A doesn’t work?
What this means is that if you have any other A2DP devices that you’ve paired
your android with (laptop/stereo/etc) then
You will have to disconnect via the other device, not your android phone.
- Some smartphone system version is likely connected to the headset for phone calls and some other device for A2DP (media).
- Some other device is still using the audio connection, even though the sound comes from android’s speaker.
- If you manually try to un-check the “Media audio” profile for the other device, it will not disconnect! You must manually disconnect the other device outside of android.
- For example: If the other device is a laptop, you must disconnect the audio connection using the laptop. If the other device has no way to manually disconnect (no buttons), just turn it off and use your android to connect to the correct device.
How to improve your wireless connection
There are a few things you can do to prevent some of the
interference issues, you can avoid these problems and keep your audio more
clear.
Wi-Fi Interference
Disable Wi-Fi on your phone if you are not in a situation where you need
Wi-Fi connectivity.
Bluetooth and Wi-Fi use the same 2.4GHz frequency spectrum, which can cause
the radio signals to interfere with each other.
If you cannot turn off Wi-Fi on your phone, then move closer to the WiFi
access point. This may make the Wi-Fi connection more robust, which will make
it easier for the phone to time-share the radio spectrum between Bluetooth and
Wi-Fi traffic.
Microwave Ovens Interference
Move away from other sources of interference, such as microwave ovens,
poorly shielded cables, near several people actively using Wi-Fi.
Cross-body Interference
If you keep your cell phone in your pocket and your headset in your
opposite ear, then it is possible the connection may be weak, which can cause
some interference issues.
