Product Usage Instructions

Select a Location
Choose a suitable location for the IQPanel Gen4 control panel. Ensure that it is easily accessible and within range of your smart home devices. -
Remove Backplate
Using a screwdriver, remove the backplate of the IQPanel Gen4 control panel. -
Guide into place
Insert the IQPanel Gen4 control panel into the opening, aligning it with the screw holes. -
Connect Power Supply
Plug in the power cable of the IQPanel Gen4 control panel into the power supply. Use a screwdriver to tighten the retaining screw. -
Install Table Stand
Insert the table stand into the designated slot on the IQPanel Gen4 control panel. Route the power cable through the slot for a neat setup. -
Plug In Power Cable
Connect the power supply to the power cable of the IQPanel Gen4 control panel. -
Almost Done!
Return to the TELUS SmartHome App to complete the Control Panel installation process.

- Remove Backplate.
- Locate the Table Stand Inside Your TELUS SmartHome Security Kit.
- Plug In Power Cable.
- Install Table Stand.
- Insert table stand.
- Route cable through slot.
- Guide into place.
- Tighten retaining screw.
- Select a Location.
- Connect Power Supply.
- Almost Done! Return to TELUS SmartHome App.
NOTE If you haven’t already, download the TELUS SmartHome app, then log in with your My TELUS credentials to complete your Control Panel installation.
