Connect the TV Digital Box to Your TV

Connect the TV Digital Box Power Supply

Turn On TV and Select Appropriate DMI Input

Follow the Steps On Screen

If nothing is displayed on screen, ensure the HDMI cable is connected properly and the correct input is selected. -

TV Digital Box: Troubleshooting
- If you have issues connecting the TV Digital Box to your TELUS account, reboot it by unplugging the Power Supply cable from the back of the box and plugging it back in.
- If issues persist, reset the TV Digital Box to factory defaults and try again.
