This page shows how to remove and reposition an Indoor Camera.
Important to note, anytime you unplug a Camera from AC power it will disconnect from your Wi-Fi, and you may have to go through the re connection process again. See below for instructions.

TELUS | How to install your Indoor Camera

Checklist: Ensure to have the following items before beginning.

1. A power drill
2. A ladder
3. Mounting screws and anchors
4. Wi-Fi upload of 2.5Mbps
5. A Telus Wi-Fi boost can help improve signal strength
6. A DC extension cable could be purchased if the camera is too far away from an electrical outlet or you may choose to use an extension cord.

Removal of an Outdoor Camera

1. Unplug Camera from AC power
2. Remove Indoor Camera
   a. While holding onto the Camera, both remove screws
   b. Remove the screws from the mounting bracket

Repositioning of Indoor Camera

1. Decide where you want to position the Indoor Camera
2. Place the mounting bracket where you want to position the Camera
3. Mark where the holes will be placed
4. Using a drill make holes and position anchors
5. Screw in the mounting bracket
6. Secure the Camera onto the bracket

Connecting Indoor Camera to the Customer App via Wi-Fi

1. Plug Camera to power source

2. Press and hold the WPS button long enough for the light on the camera to start flashing white.

3. Log into Customer App

4. Select the menu on the top left corner

5. Select [Add Device]

6. Select [Video Camera]

7. Select the Doorbell Camera you have

8. Click [Next]

9. Give your Camera a name i.e. Driveway Camera

10. Click [Next]

11. Minimize the App and go to your Phone Settings
    a. Select Wi-Fi
    b. Under Other Networks find ADC
    c. Select ADCV

12. Go back to the App

13. Find your Wi-Fi network name and Select

14. Enter your Wi-Fi network Password

15. Wait for Installation of Indoor Camera to complete
