Caution
- Why a hard drive with a capacity larger than 2TB cannot be recognized by a computer?
- Windows XP can support a 2TB hard drive at the most. To solve the problem, please upgrade the OS to Vista (64-bit) or the higher version and change the disk partition to GPT.
- The Hard drive does not show up in ‘file manager’.
- If the hard drive has been partitioned, it can work with SA3001 directly and it will be recognized as a “New Disk” in the computer. If not, please format and partition the hard drive.
