Product Information
The Sidekick Running Board with Warning Light is an accessory designed to enhance the visibility and style of your vehicle. It includes a control box, two rigid LED light bars, a keychain remote, six brackets, four Scotchloks, adhesive booster, and ten zip-ties. The product is easy to install and comes with a detailed installation manual

Product Usage Instructions
Installation

Step 1: Verify Parts
Open the package and ensure that all the included parts are received before starting the installation. -
Step 2: Clean the Surface
Thoroughly clean the surface area where you will be mounting the LED light bar. A dirty surface may prevent the LED bar from attaching firmly and securely. -
Step 3: Apply Adhesive Booster
Wipe the mounting area with the included adhesive booster to enhance the adhesion of the LED light bar. -
Step 4: Mount the LED Light Bar
Measure the area where you want to mount the LED light bar. Once selected, firmly press the LED light bar onto the mounting area and hold it for 3-5 seconds. Optionally, use the provided brackets to strengthen the hold with screws.
Step 5: Connect Wiring
Locate your vehicle’s corresponding wiring for the LED light bars and
connect them as follows
- LED Light Bar #1 : Red wire to Parking Light 12V (+)
- LED Light Bar #2 : Blue wire to Turn Signal 12V (+)
- LED Light Bar #2 : Yellow wire to Turn Signal 12V (+)
Use the included Scotchloks to crimp the wires. Additional wiring may be needed for longer vehicles. Ensure proper grounding by connecting the ground (-) wire to the vehicle’s battery 12V (+).
Step 6: Tuck Away Excess Wiring
Use the included zip-ties to neatly secure and tuck away any excess wiring.

Step 7: Test the LED Light Bar
Once all the wiring is installed, test the LED light bar again for proper
functionality.
The Car Warning Light Function
To enable the warning light function, press the A button on the keychain
remote. Use the B, C, and D buttons to switch between modes and adjust the
speed and intensity of the warning light.
Notes
- Keep the keychain remote within 10m/33ft of the product for optimal performance.
- When the warning light is turned on, the reception of vehicle signals will be temporarily disabled and will only be restored when you turn it off.

INSTALLATION

STEP 1: Open the package, and verify all the includes parts are received prior installation.
NOTE Please ensure to perform a bench test on light bar through the control box before installing it on your vehicle. Thoroughly clean the surface area you will be mounting the LED -
STEP 2: light bar. (A dirty surface will prevent the LED bar from attaching firmly and securely.)

STEP 3: Wipe the mounting area with the included adhesive booster.

STEP 4: Measure the area you wish to mount the LED Bar, once selected, firmly press the LED light bar to the mounting area and hold for 3-5 seconds.

STEP 5: Next, find your vehicles corresponding wiring as shown below to power the unit. OPTIONAL : Use included Scotchloks to crimp the wires
NOTE : Additional wiring may be needed for longer vehicles. -
STEPP 6 :Use included zip ties to tuck away excess wiring.

STEP 7: Once all wiring is installed, please test the LED light bar again for function.
HOW TO USE
THE CAR WARNING LIGHT FUNCTION
Press the “A” button to enable the warning light function. You may easily
switch between modes using the B,C,D on the RF remote.
- Power ON/OFF
- Adjust Speed (H/M/L)
- Mode Up (5 Level)
- Mode Down (5 Level)
NOTES
- When you use this product, keep it within 10m/33ft as much as possible.
- When the warning light is turned on, the vehicle signals reception will be temporarily disabled. It won’t be restored until you turn it off.
