How to download the Munbyn Print APP
- Search “Munbyn Print” on App Store or Google Play to get the app.
- Or please scan the QR code to download the App.

Note:
Due to the mobile phone system requirements, the app needs to access your
location services information, you’ll get a notification requesting permission.
You need to enable GPS and confirm authorization (Android only)
How to use the app to connect to the printer
- Turn on the power of the printer, then open the Munbyn Print APP, click on the device.
- Select the Bluetooth “S12 ”of the printer to connect.
- The device is successfully connected.
How to design labels in Munbyn Print APP
- Open Munbyn Print APP, click “Create”.
- Select your paper type, if you are using gap paper select “Label”, if you are using continuous paper select “Note”,then enter the length and width of your label and click “Create”.
Why the printer light is red
Check if the printer cover is closed and labels are loaded
Why is my label printing blank
- Make sure that your label paper is a thermal material. Thermal printers can only print on thermal label paper.
- Check that the tear-off side of the label paper is facing you.
- After making the above confirmation, if the printer still prints blank labels, please print a self-test page.
If the self-test page can be printed, your text or image contrast is too low,
please use darker text or image.
If the self-test page cannot be printed, please contact us.

Why doesn’t my printer turn on
-
The printer is out of power
Use the power cable to connect an external power supply of 5V/1A or above to charge the printer. During the charging process, the printer’s indicator light is red, and the printer’s indicator light will turn green when it is fully charged.
Make sure the printer has enough power, then press and hold the indicator for three seconds to turn it on. -
Printer malfunction
If the indicator light does not display when the printer is charging or the printer still does not turn on after charging, please contact us to replace the printer through the following methods.

Why is the print not clear
There are many factors that affect print clarity.
- Please make sure that the battery is full. You can click on the device in the Munbyn Print APP to check the power of the printer
- Adjust font size, font type, and density.
- If the above methods do not work, wipe the print head with an alcohol swab.
How to replace label paper
Open the cover:
According to picture ,1 push the upper cover down to open the cover.
Consumables:
According to picture 2, the thermal surface of the paper should face the
thermal head. Close the cover:
After putting in the consumables, push the upper cover up as shown in the
picture to close the cover.
How do I print a self-test page
Click the indicator light twice, the printer will print a self-test page, you can get the following information from the self-test page.
