   And the green light is always on when it is fully charged.

3. Please use a power adapter that has obtained safety certification, usually a mobile phone charger is fine;

4. Do not use the printer while charging, otherwise the battery life of the printer will be affected.

5. Can ITP01/A40 Be Printed in Color?
   Not supported;
   currently ITP01 only supports printing of monochromatic handwriting including blue, red, yellow, pink, etc. other than grayscale, and the colours are converted to black and white when printing documents with colour fonts.

6. Can the ITP01/A40 Print Shipping Labels?
   The ITP01 does not have automatic paper learning function, so it cannot print shipping labels. Thermal label paper for ITP01 printer can be used with Peripage APP to print label sticker. The label sticker has three sizes available:57mm(2 inch)/77mm(3 inch)/107mm(4 inch)

7. What is the Range of the Bluetooth Connection?
   In open areas, the maximum distance of the ITP01’s Bluetooth connection is 10 meters. Please use the printer as close as possible to ensure stable printing.

8. Can the document printing size scale be set in the PeriPage APP?
   No, it can’t. You can only print it after adjusting the appropriate font size first if the text size of the print file is small.
   Please connect ITP01 to the computer with an USB cable and install the driver if you want to scale the printed content.
   Please select Custom Scale on the Page Sizing option of the print interface.(Use Adobe acrobat reader for examples)

Common Trouble Shooting

1. Why the PeriPage APP Cannot Connect to ITP01/A40 Printer?
   

2.  You need to turn on the Bluetooth of your mobile phone when connecting PeriPage App to the printer.

3. Do not directly pair with PeriPage_A40 in the Bluetooth settings of the mobile phone, otherwise it will show that it cannot be connected.
   

The correct method is to open Peripage APP and add PeriPage_A40 printer.

1. Adding a Printer via Bluetooth Searching

2. If you can search for printer but cannot connect, please check whether the PeriPage App is connected in the system-settings, disconnect and delete the connection in the settings, and return to the PeriPage App to connect;

3. If the printer cannot be searched:
   For Android phones, please check whether the location (or positioning) permission is turned on in the phone settings, and allow it to be turned on.
   Long press the Peripage APP icon, then select the exclamation mark in the upper right corner.

4. Allow location permission and the permission to connect nearby devices.
   For Apple mobile phone, please check whether the Bluetooth permission of PeriPage App is allowed to be opened in the mobile phone settings, and allow it to be opened.

5. If not allowed, the Bluetooth device cannot be searched and used . If the printer is found but cannot be connected, please restart the printer and the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, and try to connect again in the App. If none of the above is true, please contact MUNBYN.

How to Do When the Printing Content Is not Clear?

1. Please check whether the printer cover is tightly closed, and cover it tightly;

2. Please check whether the print head is dirty, and wipe it with alcohol cotton, or slightly damp facial tissue or towel;

3. Please change the print density from low to medium /high density, and try to print it out for comparison.

Why does my picture print out with only a frame and no black color blocks?

As shown in the figure below, there is a big gap between the actual printing effect and the PDF file itself. This is because the Image mode is not selected when printing the PDF file.
When your PDF document contains images, please use Image mode for printing.

ITP01/A40 Why can’t I share pictures from my iPhone gallery to the app for printing?
Notice: iPhone/iPad does not support forwarding pictures directly from the gallery to the Peripage App for printing. Therefore, please do not forward the pictures in the gallery to PeriPage App for printing, but open the pictures from PeriPage App for printing.

The specific operations are as follows:

1. Successfully connect the ITP01/A40 printer to the APP: http://u.pc.cd/B8M
2. Open the App—-Click “Photo Printing”—-Click “Picture beautification”, find the picture you want to print and check it, then click “Confirm”.
3. Click “Layout method”—-Select print size—-Choose image layout method—-Print

How to Print Web Content?

1. Successfully connect the ITP01/A40 printer to the APP according to the video: http://u.pc.cd/B8M
2. Open the Chrome browser, find the article you want to print and click the upper right corner to share the article to PeriPage app.
3. Cick to start print—Select print size—-Select print page—Print

ITP01/A40 How to print email content via PeriPage APP?

1. Follow the steps in Chapter 2.1 to connect the printer using PeriPage App.

2. There are two situations for printing emails.

3. Open the email in an email app, such as Gmail App.

   Switch on the Bluetooth function of your mobile phone, open PeriPage App, and connect the ITP01/A40 printer with PeriPage App using Bluetooth.
   After successfully connecting, open Gmail, click the email you need to print, select Print, and then click Save as PDF to save the email content as a PDF document.
   After saving successfully, in the local files of your mobile phone, find this document and share it to PeriPage App to print.

4. Open the email in a browser, such as Chrome.

   Open the Chrome browser to log in to the web version of the Gmail account.

Why Is the Blank Page Printed?

How to Cancel the Printing Process?
You can click the POWER button on the printer to cancel the print if you send a multi-page print job by mistake.

How to turn off the automatic hibernation function ?
In order to protect the printer battery and save power, the hibernation function cannot be turned off. Hibernation function cannot be set on Windows and Mac drivers, only can be set in the PeriPage APP.
The following method can adjust the hibernation time:

1. Check the manual to properly connect the printer and PeriPage APP.
