Product Usage Instructions

Installation

1. Apply sealant around the edge of the Back Box and/or Junction Box, especially if the wall surface is uneven. Silicone all plugs and unused conduit entries.
2. To adjust the CCT (Correlated Color Temperature) and wattage, follow these steps:
3. Pull the Lens Assembly apart from the Housing at one side, then the other.
4. Squeeze the Clips to remove the LED Panel.
5. Locate the CCT Switch and Wattage Switch on the Driver inside the FSLE fixture.
6. For CCT adjustment, use the Adjustable CCT Switch to choose a desired color temperature (3500K, 4000K, or 5000K).
7. For wattage adjustment, use the Adjustable Wattage Switch to choose a desired output wattage for each FSLE Model fixture.
8. Refer to the Wiring Diagram provided to connect the ACL and ACN from the FSLE Fixture to the conduit with the AC power Supply Cable. The wiring connections should be as follows:
   • HOT [BLACK]
   • NEUTRAL [WHITE]
   • GROUND [GREEN]
9. For surface mount installation:
10. Use the included Surface Mount Kit, which includes Junction Box Cover Plates and Screws.
11. Attach the Junction Box Cover Plates to the FSLE Housing using the provided screws.
12. Remove the Lens Assembly from the Housing.
13. Attach the Power Cable to the FSLE fixture wiring, following the Wiring Diagram.
14. Install the FSLE fixture flush to the ceiling using Anchors, Screws, and Washers.
15. For optional V-Hook & Chain Mount installation:
16. Use the V-Hook Mounting Kit, which includes a V-Hook and Chain.
17. Install the V-Hook and Chain Mounting Kit to the ceiling Joist/Beam.
18. Lift the FSLE fixture and attach it to the V-Hooks.
19. Place the V-Hooks into the slots and holes at the end of the FSLE fixture Housing.
20. For optional Cable Mount installation:
21. Use the Cable Mounting Kit, which includes a cable and attachments.
22. Install the Cable Mounting Kit to the ceiling Joist/Beam.
23. Lift the FSLE fixture to the Mounting Cables and hook it into place.
24. Adjust the length of the Cables at the Link by depressing the spring-loaded Plunger.

PacLights fixtures must be wired under the National Electrical Code and all applicable local codes. Proper grounding is required for safety. THIS PRODUCT MUST BE INSTALLED under THE APPLICABLE INSTALLATION CODE BY A PERSON FAMILIAR WITH THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF THE PRODUCT AND THE HAZARDS INVOLVED.

WARNINGS:

• Make certain power is OFF before installing or maintaining fixture. No user-serviceable parts inside.
• To prevent wiring damage or abrasion, do not expose wiring to the edges of sharp objects.

CAUTION:

• For proper weatherproof function, all gaskets must be seated properly and all screws inserted and tightened firmly.
• Apply weatherproof silicone sealant around the edge of the Back Box and/or Junction Box. This is especially important with an uneven wall surface. Silicone all plugs and unused conduit entries.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

FIELD ADJUSTABLE CCT (Correlated Color Temperature) & WATTAGE

• The CCT Switch and the Wattage Switch are located on the Driver inside the FSLE fi xture. Pull the Lens Assembly apart from the Housing at one side, then the other. Squeeze the Clips to remove the LED Panel (Fig. 1). The Adjustable CCT Switch allows the user to choose a desired color temperature of 3500K, 4000K, or 5000K for all the FSLE Models (Fig. 2). The Adjustable Wattage Switch allows the user to choose a desired output wattage for each FSLE Model fi xture (Fig. 2).

WIRING DIAGRAM

Connect the ACL and the ACN from the FSLE Fixture to the conduit with the AC power Supply Cable. Follow the Wiring Diagram provided.

AC POWER SUPPLY

FSLE SURFACE MOUNT

1. The Surface Mount Kit is included with the FSLE fi xture. The Surface Mount Kit includes the Junction Box Cover Plates and Screws (Fig. 3). Install the Junction Box Cover Plates to the FSLE Housing by inserting the screws (Fig. 4).
2. Remove the Lens Assembly (Refer to Fig. 1) from the Housing. Attach the Power Cable to the FSLE fi xture wiring. Refer to the Wiring Diagram. Install the FSLE fi xture fl ush to the ceiling with the Anchors, Screws, and Washers (Fig. 5).

OPTIONAL FSLE V-HOOK & CHAIN MOUNT

1. The V-Hook Mounting Kit for the FSLE fi xture includes the V-Hook 1 and Chain (Fig. 6).
2. Install the V-Hook and Chain Mounting Kit to the ceiling Joist/Beam. 2 Lift the FSLE fixture and attach it to the V-Hooks (Fig. 7).
3. Place the V-Hooks into the slots and holes at the end of the FSLE 3 fixture Housing (Fig. 8).

OPTIONAL FSLE CABLE MOUNT

1. The aircraft Cable Mounting Kit for the FSLE fixture includes the 1 cable and attachments (Fig. 9).
2. Install the Cable Mounting Kit to the ceiling Joist/Beam. Lift the FSLE fixture to the Mounting Cables and hook them into place (Fig. 10).
3. Place the Hooks on one side of the FSLE fixture, then place the hooks on the other side (Fig. 11). The length of the Cables can be adjusted at the Link by depressing the spring-loaded Plunger.

OPTIONAL FSLE CONNECTING BRACKET/PLATE KIT

1. The Connecting Bracket/Plate Kit can convert two FSLE Linear Strip Lights into one fi xture to reduce the cost of an oversized fixture.
2. The kit includes the Connector Bracket/Plate and screws. Remove the Lens Assembly (Refer to Fig 1.) of both FSLE fixtures (Fig. 12).
3. Attach the Connector Bracket to both FSLE ends by aligning to the holes and installing the Screws (Fig. 13).

OPTIONAL FSLE WIRE GUARD KIT

1. The Wire Guards have various sizes for the corresponding FSLE fixture chosen (Fig. 14).
2. The FSLE fi xture with the Wire Guard installed (Fig. 15).
