SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Check the voltage on the rating plate before use. Only connect the appliance to sockets which correspond to the voltage of the appliance.

Keep the appliance and cable away from sources of heat, sharp objects or anything that may cause damage.

Do not place the cord under carpets. Do not cover the cord with small clothes, shirts or other similar elements. Place the cord away from traffic areas in order to avoid any risk of tripping over.

Do not operate the appliance if the cable or plug is damaged.

If the supply cord or plug is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

Do not cover the machine during using.

Place the appliance on a stable fiat horizontal surface. Make sure the appliance is in an upright position during use.

Ensure the appliance is switched off before connecting to the mains power supply.

Always ensure that hands are dry before operating or adjusting any switch on the product or touching the plug and mains supply connections.

Do not leave this appliance unattended when it’s in use. Turn off and disconnect the appliance when you leave the room for an extended period.

Switch off the appliance and unplug from the mains socket when not in use, before filling, cleaning or other maintain.

To disconnect the appliance, switch it “OFF”, and then remove the plug from outlet. Do not pull the cord to disconnect the plug.

Use the appliance only as described in this manual.

Do not insert your fingers in the openings of the guard.

Do not leave hair, tissue, tablecloths, clothes or curtains near all openings of the fan, they could be sucked into the fan and be taken within the internal moving parts that could cause injury or damage.

Do not use the appliance in wet or damp locations such as bathrooms.

Do not operate the appliance when it’s not mounted on its wheels or if it’s lying on the side.

Make sure the cord is completely extended before use.

When in operation, evaporative coolers moisturize the ambient air. Over- humidification of residential rooms should be avoided. Recommendation: 40-50 % relative humidity. Excessive humidity of the air can damage the home and cause health problems.

The appliance may only be set up on water- and moisture-proof fiooring materials (spilling some drops of water is unavoidable when the content of the tank is changed).

With each and every change of tank content, completely remove residual water from the equipment. To prevent nucleation, remove residual water from the equipment and water tank every time after three days of use.

This device can be used by children over 8 years of age and persons with limited physical, sensory or mental abilities or lack of experience and knowledge, if they have been supervised or instructed in the safe use of the device and understand the dangers involved. Children must not play with the device.
Cleaning and maintenance of the air cooler must not be performed by children without supervision. -
Keep new and used batteries away from children.

If the battery compartment does not close securely, stop using the product.

The batteries contain environmentally hazardous substances. They must be removed from the product before it is scrapped and disposed of safely
WARNING
Danger of injury! Make sure that children do not swallow the battery.
If the button cell battery is swallowed, it can cause severe internal burns in only 2 hours and lead to death. If you think that batteries may have been swallowed, consult a doctor immediately.
Special notes on use

Be aware that high humidity levels may encourage the growth of biological organisms in the environment.

Do not permit the area around the humidifier to become damp or wet. If dampness occurs, turn the output of the humidifier down. If the humidifier output volume cannot be turned down, use the humidifier intermittently.
Do not allow absorbent materials, such as carpeting, curtains, drapes, or tablecloths, to become damp. -
Unplug the appliance during filling and cleaning.

Never leave water in the reservoir when the appliance is not in use.

Empty and clean the humidifier before storage. Clean the humidifier before next use.

INSTALLATION
Note: Assemble the stand as described below.
It is strictly forbidden to use the appliance if it has not been properly assembled.
Remove the two stand parts and the unit casing from the packaging. Rotate the two stand sections along the semi-circular positioning slot until they are at the same level as the lower level and the clips are engaged on both sides. Pull the mains cable of the unit through the opening in the stand. After aligning the opening of the stand (large) with the stand clamp (large), rotate the opening so that the clamp is positioned in it. Turn it anticlockwise and then install the power cable in the cable groove of the stand. Make sure that the cable is properly fixed and straight.

OPERATION
Remote control
The function of some buttons on the remote control corresponds to the function of the buttons on the control panel. Point the infrared transmitter of the remote control at the receiver of the unit during use. Make sure that there are no obstacles between the remote control and the unit. Remove the batteries from the remote control if you will not be using it for a long period of time.

On / Off:
After plugging the mains plug into the socket, press this button or the ON/OFF button on the remote control to start the unit or put it into standby mode.

Wind speeds
Three speed levels are available. When the unit is switched on, press this button to adjust the speed. Each press increases the speed (hold down the button for faster adjustment). If you press the button again when the highest speed level is reached, the appliance will start again at the lowest speed level, etc.
Remote control:
When the unit is switched on, press the + or – buttons on the remote control to adjust the speed to the highest or lowest fan speed (hold down the button for faster adjustment).

Timer:
• Once the unit is switched on, press this button to set the time after which the unit should go into standby mode (1-7 hours). Press and hold the button for faster adjustment. When “7 h” is displayed on the screen and you press the button again, the setting will be cancelled.
• If you press the button in standby mode, you can set the time until automatic switch-on (1-7 h; keep the button pressed for faster adjustment). When “7 h” is displayed on the screen and you press the button again, the setting will be cancelled.

Wind mode:
Press this button to select between normal wind, natural wind and sleep mode.
• Natural wind : Natural wind is simulated according to the preset programme.
The fan speed is increased or slowed down accordingly.
• Sleep mode : Air is emitted from the unit according to a preset programme
and is suitable for sleeping. The speed level is automatically lowered.

Swing function:
• When the device is on, press this button to turn the swing function on / off.
• Do not use force to turn the casing to change the direction of the fan, as this may damage the unit

Humidification / Ionisation:
When the unit is switched on and the humidification and ionisation functions are deactivated, press this button to switch the two functions on and off in the following order: Humidification function is switched on → Ionisation function is switched on → Humidification and ionisation function are switched on → Humidification and ionisation function are switched off.
Low water level warning
- If there is not enough water in the submersible pump, it will stop for one minute and the humidification indicator will flash.
- Fill the water tank with water (see section “Filling the water tank with water”) and restart the humidification function.
Automatic dimming of the screen brightness
If no button is pressed within 40 seconds, the screen dims. Press any button
to illuminate the screen.
Memory function
This unit has a memory function. If you put the unit into standby mode, the
previously set mode is saved and reactivated as soon as the unit is switched
on again.
Automatic standby mode
If the unit is in operating mode and you do not press any key within 15 hours,
the unit is put into standby mode.
FILLING THE WATER TANK WITH WATER
- Make sure that the mains plug has been disconnected from the socket before removing the water tank.
- Pull the water tank out of the machine. Observe the water level in the water tank when filling. Do not fill the water tank higher than the MAX mark and make sure that the water level is not lower than the MIN mark. If the water level should rise above the MAX mark, it may cause the water to overflow.
- To avoid overflowing or damaging the appliance, do not force the water tank in or out. To prevent the residual water from running out, make sure that the residual water in the honeycomb cooling pad has already flowed back into the water tank before pulling out the water tank
USING THE ICE CONTAINER
During use, it is forbidden to open the ice container or eat the ice crystals inside the ice container. Place the ice tray in a freezer compartment for about 4 hours before use and then place the frozen ice tray in the water of the water tank.

Inserting the ice container:
Pull the water tank out of the back of the appliance and place the ice container in the side of the water tank shown in the illustration. -
Removing the ice container:
Pull the water tank out of the back of the appliance and remove the ice container.
The ice containers included in the delivery can be used on a rotating basis.
CLEANING AND CARE
Note: Be sure to unplug the mains plug before cleaning or servicing the equipment
Cleaning the water tank
- Place your thumb in the press groove of the water tank and press the clamp of the water tank upwards. At the same time, pull the water tank completely out of the appliance with your remaining 4 fingers. Do not pull out the water tank by force.
- The submersible pump is fixed to the bottom of the water tank. Reach into the water tank with one hand and carefully press the pressure plates on both sides of the submersible pump to remove the filter.
- Use a soft brush or cloth to clean the water tank and the filter. Clean the water tank and filter with clean, clear water.
Notes:
- (Clean the water tank and the submersible pump filter at least once every 2 weeks to keep the unit in optimal operating condition and to prolong the life of the unit.
- If the unit is used in poor environmental conditions (for example, too much dust or high lime content, poor water quality), it must be cleaned more frequently accordingly.
Cleaning the unit casing
- Clean the surface of the device with a damp cloth. Do not clean the appliance under running water.
- Do not use corrosive cleaning agents to clean the unit
TROUBLESHOOTING

company for repairs.
The pump or the wiring in the unit has come loose.| Contact a specialist
company for repairs.
Abnormal noises.| Deposits in the nebuliser unit.| Contact a specialist
company for repairs.
Loose fan blades or engine damage.| Contact a specialist company for repairs.
