Question: The new hairdryer has a faintly visible crack on the plastic casing.

Answer: There will be some anti-rust coating or other sundries on the heating wire of the new hair dryer. It's normal if there may be smoke or burnt smell when you first use it. Answer: Automatic power-off triggered by overheating protection is not related to usage time. Our hair dryer has an intelligent temperature control system that automatically adjusts within the normal temperature range to ensure temperature stability. Only when an abnormal situation occurs and the temperature exceeds the set value will overheating protection be activated.
