PROPER USE & CARE
- Insert the probe at least 1.5 inches into the candy or oil.
- Use the vessel clip to keep the probe away from the container walls.
- Clean the thermometer in between uses with hot soapy water or a dishwasher.
- Caution! Do not use the thermometer over the operating temperature range.
