Product Usage Instructions
Assembly
- Place the Tower upside down and hold it firmly.
- Remove the 3 pre-assembled screws from the bottom of the Tower and keep them within reach.
- Attach the half base plate (A) to the base plate (B) using a screw.
- Insert the base plate (B) into the base plate (A) on the Tower.
- Secure the base plate (B) to the Tower using two screws.
- Place the fan with the assembled base plate on a stable and flat surface.
Getting Started
To turn on the Tower Fan:
- Without Timer: Rotate the dial switch (3) counterclockwise to the desired speed level (0 for off, 1 for weak, 2 for medium, 3 for strong).
- With Timer: Rotate the dial switch (3) clockwise to activate the timer function. You can set the desired time duration for the fan to operate.
To turn off the Tower Fan:
- Rotate the dial switch (3) counterclockwise to position OFF.
- Unplug the power cord from the socket.
Cleaning
WARNING:
Before cleaning, make sure the Tower Fan is turned off and unplugged from the
power source.
- Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the exterior surface of the Tower Fan.
- For the fan blades and grilles, you can use a brush or vacuum cleaner to remove dust and debris.

General Notes
Read the operating instructions carefully before putting the appliance into
operation and keep the instructions including the warranty, the receipt, and,
if possible, the box with the internal packing. If you give this device to
other people, please also pass on the operating instructions.
- The appliance is designed exclusively for private use and for the envisaged purpose. This appliance is not fit for commercial use.
- Do not use it outdoors. Keep it away from sources of heat, direct sunlight, humidity (never dip it into any liquid), and sharp edges. Do not use the appliance with wet hands. If the appliance is humid or wet, unplug it immediately.
- When cleaning or putting it away, switch off the appliance and always pull out the plug from the socket (pull the plug itself, not the lead) if the appliance is not being used, and remove the attached accessories.
- Do not operate the machine without supervision. If you leave the room you should always turn the device off. Remove the plug from the socket.

Special safety instructions
- Never stick fingers or other objects through the protection grid.
- Watch out for long hair! It can be caught in the fan owing to the air turbulence!
- Only use the device in the intended position: Upright.
- Select a stable base to avoid the tipping of the fan during use!
- Do not set the ventilator in or on a window.
- Do not place the device immediately next to stoves or other sources of heat.
- Do not use the device in areas, in which gasoline, paint, or other easily combustible liquids are used or stored.
- Do not try to repair the appliance on your own. Always contact an authorized technician. To avoid exposure to danger, always have a faulty cable be replaced only by the manufacturer, by our customer service or by a qualified person with a cable of the same type.
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Children shall not play with the appliance.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be done by children without supervision.
- Do not immerse the device in water for cleaning. Please follow the instructions as stipulated in the chapter “Cleaning”.

Scope of delivery

- 3 Preassembled Philips screws on the bottom of the tower

Unpacking the Device
- Remove the device from its packaging.
- Remove all of the packaging material such as foils, filling material, cable holders, and cardboard packaging.
- Check the scope of delivery.
- Check the appliance for any transport damage to prevent a hazard.
NOTE:
There may still be dust or production residues on the surface of the
device. We recommend that you quickly wipe off the housing with a damp cloth.
Assembly instructions
The device must be completely assembled before the initial operation!
NOTE:
- You will need a Phillips screwdriver of medium size for the assembly.
- The screws for the assembly are preassembled on the bottom of the tower.
- Also observe.
- Place the tower upside down and hold it down.
- Unscrew the 3 preassembled screws from the bottom of the tower. Place them within easy reach.
- Secure the base plate (A) to the tower with a screw.
- Feed the power supply cord through the opening of the base plate (B).
- Insert the base plate (B) into the base plate (A) on the tower.
- Secure the base plate (B) to the tower with two screws.
- Feed the power supply cord through the cable guide at the edge of the base plate.
- Place the ventilator with the assembled base plate onto a stable, level surface.
Putting into Service
Electrical Connection
- Before inserting the plug into the socket. Make sure that the mains voltage to be used matches that of the device. You can find this information on the nameplate.
- Connect the device to a duly installed protective contact socket.
Use
- To select the speed levels, use the push buttons 1 – 3.
- 0 off
- 1 weak
- 2 medium
- 3 string
- The oscillation switch (1) can be used to turn on and off the uniform oscillation of the ventilator.
Turning on
Without timer
- Turn the rotary switch (3) in an anti-clockwise direction to the ON position.
- Select a speed level from 1 to 3.
With timer
- Turn the rotary switch (3) in a clockwise direction. You can select operating times of up to 120 minutes.
- Select a speed level from 1 to 3.
Following the expiry of the timer, the ventilator will automatically switch off.
Terminating operation
- Press the 0 button and set the rotary switch to the OFF position.
- Pull the plug from the socket.
Cleaning
WARNING:
- Always remove the mains plug before cleaning the device.
- Under no circumstances should you immerse the device in water for cleaning purposes. Otherwise, this might result in an electric shock or fire.
CAUTION
- Do not use a wire brush or any abrasive items.
- Do not use any acidic or abrasive detergents.
- Clean the outside of the device with a dry cloth without any additives.
- If the device is very dirty wet a cloth with water and then wipe the device dry once you have finished.
Maintenance and storage
- Clean the appliance as described.
- We recommend that the appliance is kept in its original packaging if you do not intend to use it for long periods.
- Always store the appliance out of the reach of children, in a well-ventilated and dry place.
