Failure to heed these instructions may lead to the product being damaged or personal injury. Please follow the instructions for proper use!

SAFETY INFORMATION

WARNING

• Dispose of all packaging materials properly. Keep the poly bags away from children and pets as these bags could cause suffocation.
• Do NOT allow children to play with, in or around the pet water fountain.
• To avoid injury, please keep close supervision when the appliance is used near children.
• Do NOT use the water fountain with pets not able to reach the water tray or with any physical disability.
• Do NOT place any foreign object in the water tank.
• Do NOT disassemble the pet fountain other than components as instructed in this User Manual.
• Do NOT use the pet fountain for anything other than its intended use.
• Only use attachments recommended or sold by the manufacturer. The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause an unsafe condition. Do NOT modify the pet fountain.
• Do NOT operate any appliance if the unit is malfunctioning or has been damaged. Do not attempt repairs on the device yourself. Contact our customer service immediately for further instructions.
• Be sure to disconnect the power supply for safety when the appliance is not in use.
• Please disconnect the power supply before maintaining and cleaning the machine.
• This product is for indoor use only
• Never pull the electrical power cord to remove the plug from the wall outlet.
• Check the device after installation. Do NOT plug in if there is water on the contact points or plug.
• To avoid tripping, always position the power cord out of the way of foot traffic.
• Do not use the appliance in the bathroom.
• Change the filter every 2 weeks or when the flow rate has noticeably reduced. For two or more cats, you may need to replace the filters more regularly if it becomes blocked.

Caution

• Before using or after replacing the filter, please rinse and wash the filter.
• Please clean water bucket, drinking tray, filter and filter head regularly for best results.
• When the fountain is charging or plug in to a power source, please keep your pet away from the wire to avoid your pet biting the wire, which may cause electricity leakage.
• Please keep the fountain horizontal while using it. Please do not knock it over.
• For indoor use only. Do not expose this product to sunlight.
• If children operate the product, please made sure to do it under the guidance of an adult.

USE INSTRUCTION

Step 1

• Remove the water tray and take out the controller in the tank.
• Soak the filter in a clean bowl for 5 minutes.
• Then assemble the filter as shown in the diagram.

Notes:

1. The filter must be fully soaked before the fountain is turned on; otherwise, water may not flow through the filter smoothly and cause spillage.
2. Do not soak the filter in the water tank of the fountain in case of any surface dust.

Step2

• Add water to the tank, place the water tray into the water tank.
• Note: Keep the water level between the Min and Max level.

Step3

• Assemble the controller according to the illustration.

Step4

• Connect the power adapter; short press the power button, the product will run.

PANEL INTRODUCTION

1. Button
   • Power on: Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to power on.
   • Power off: When the fountain is on, hold the button for 3 seconds to power off.
   • Switch mode: When the fountain is on, Tap the button to switch between modes, the corresponding indicator will light up.
   • Reset filter: Short press the button 3 times.
2. Sensor Mode
   • Indicator light: Green light is on when the sensor mode is working.
   •   Function: The fountain will dispense water automatically when the sensor detects the pet.
3. Timer Mode
   • Indicator light: Blue light is on when the timer mode is working.
   • Function: The fountain provide water for 3 minutes every 1 hours, and so on.
4. Charging Indication/ Low Battery Indication
   • Low battery indication: Red light flashes to indicate the need for charging.
   • Charging indication: Red light on for a long time when charging, full light off.

Filter Replacement Indicator
When the current light is flashing, the filter needs to be replaced, after replacement, Short press the button 3 times in succession to reset the filter.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Replace the filter every 360 hours; replace the sponge every 2 weeks.
2. Clean the fountain every 2 weeks.
3. To extend the life of pump, please add water before starting the machine.
