POWER SUA8000iED 8000 Watt Dual Fuel Generator
INTRODUCTION
Unpack Generator : Remove generator, accessories, inserts and Literature from carton. If any item is missing or damaged, contact our product service department at 1-855-888-3598.

the operator’s manual before using this product. All pages references to the
operator’s manual.
- Battery Connection and Adding Lubricant and Fuel
Use a funnel to pour provided engine oil into engine. Fill to the upper mark of the oil dipstick H.
Use clean/fresh regular UNLEADED gasoline with a minimum 87 octane.
NOTE : The generator comes equipped with the positive cable A (with red beot) already attached.
- easy the positive (+) battery cable A with red boot is securely tightened to the positive (+) battery post. Make sure boot is over battery post.
- Remove bot 8 (M6x12) and nut Cfrom battery negative (-) post.
- Locate negative (-) battery cable D with black boot and attach to the negative (-) batery post. Tight the cable with bolt B and nut C. Cover the post with black boot
Start Generator
Move generator outside to a flat, level surface, away from doors, windows and vents.
WARNING
Do not overload generator or electrical cords. Consult operation manual.
Select the Fuel Source (Gasoline)

Make certain the propane tank is fully closed.

Add gasoline to the fuel tank.

Flip the fuel source switch on the side panel to the gasoline position.

Turn the Multi-Switch to the“START” position.

Recoil Start (Gasoline)
-
Flip the engine switch to the “RUN” position.

When engine starts,turn the Multi-Switch in to the “RUN” position.

Electric Start (Gasoline)
Flip and hold the switch on the “START” position. Engine will crank and attempts to start. When the engine starts, release the switch to the “RUN” position. -
When engine starts,turn the Multi-Switch in to the “RUN” position.
Select the Fuel Source (Propane/LPG)
- Turn the Multi-Switch to the “OFF” position.
- Connect the LPG gas hose to the propane fuel source.
- Fully open the Propane/LPG cylinder knob.
- Turn the fuel source switch to the LPG posi-tion.
- Turn the Multi-Switch to the“START” position.
- Recoil start Pull recoil starter slowly until resistance is felt,then pull rapidly.
- When engine starts,turn the Multi-Switch in to the “RUN” position.
- Electric Start (Gasoline) Flip and hold the switch on the “START” position. Engine will crank and attempts to start. When the engine starts, release the switch to the “RUN” position.
- When engine starts,turn the Multi-Switch in to the “RUN” position.
- Turn the Multi-Switch to the “OFF” position
- Turn the fuel valve knob to the OFF position
Shutdown and Storage

Remove any load from the generator.

Flip the engine switch to “STOP” position

recoil start Pull recoil starter slowly until resistance is felt,then pull rapidly.

When engine starts,turn the Multi-Switch in to the “RUN” position.

Electric Start (Gasoline)
Flip and hold the switch on the “START” position. Engine will crank and attempts to start. When the engine starts, release the switch to the “RUN” position. -
- When engine starts,turn the Multi-Switch in to the “RUN” position.

Turn the Multi-Switch to the “OFF” position

Turn the fuel valve knob to the OFF position
Changing Fuels
- Disconnect all electrical loads from the generator
- Stop the engine (generator). See the “Stopping the Engine (Generator)” section for stopping procedure.
Gasoline to propane/LPG
- Turn the Multi-Switch to the “OFF” position.
- Fully open the Propane/LPG cylinder knob.
- Flip the fuel source switch on the side panel to the propane/LPG position.
Propane/LPG to Gasoline
- Turn the fuel valve knob to the OFF position
- Turn the fuel source switch to the gasoline position.
- Start the engine (generator). See the “Starting the Engine (Generator)” section for starting procedure.
If generator is to be stored for longer than 30 days, refer to the operator’s manual for further instruction.
