SPECIFICATIONS
- All above specifications are test results based on ANSI/NEMA FL1-2009 Standard. The tests are performed using the battery included in the flashlight.
BATTERY INSTALLATION
If the battery needs to be changed, Make sure that the negative polarity side is inserted facing the direction of the flashlight head (the side of the LED).
Before first use, Unscrew the body and take off the insulating film.
SUPPORTED BATTERIES
- 1 x Customized 3200mAh 18650 Rechargeable Lithium Battery
CHARGING
Charge the flashlight before your first use.
Connect one end of the portable charging cable with an external USB power
source and attach the other end to the tailcap. The charging indicator light
glows red while the flashlight is being charged. The charging indicator will
glow green when the flashlight is fully charged or on standby. A USB power
source is not included in the package. You can charge the product through USB
ports on the computer, USB mobile phone chargers, or portable power banks.
HOW TO OPERATE
ON/OFF: Single click the side switch to turn the light on/off. When the light is turned on, it will return to the previous brightness level selected before the light was turned off. (Only the moonlight, low, medium and high mode can be memorized when the flashlight is switched off. The turbo mode is memorized as high mode. The strobe mode cannot be memorized).
CHANGE BRIGHTNESS LEVEL: When the flashlight is on, press and hold the side switch to automatically cycle through the moonlight, low, medium, high, and low modes. The mode is selected when the side switch has been released.
MOONLIGHT: When the flashlight is off, press and hold the side switch for over one second to access the moonlight mode.
DIRECT ACCESS TO TURBO: Enter and exit Turbo mode: quickly double click the side switch to enter Turbo mode, and quickly double-click the side switch again to exit Turbo mode.When the memorized mode is on high, quickly double- click the side switch to exit Turbo mode and switch to medium mode. When the memorized mode is Medium, Low, or Moonlight, quickly double click the side switch to exit turbo mode and switch to the previously memorized mode.
STROBE: When the flashlight is on, triple-click the side switch to activate strobe mode. To quit this mode, single click or press and hold the switch.
TIMER: The S2R Baton II has a long (9 minutes) and short (3 minutes) timer when the light needs to be automatically turned off. When the flashlight is on, double click and hold the side switch under the current brightness level to access the timer settings. A single blink accesses the short timer while two blinks accesses the long timer. The flashlight will automatically turn off when the timer is up. After the timer is set, double click and hold the side switch to shift the timer settings. When the timer is up and the user is about to enter the timer again, the light will return to the last timer setting.
LOCK/UNLOCK: When the flashlight is off, press and hold the side switch to access the button lockout mode (the flashlight will enter the lowest mode first and will then switch off to signal the lockout mode). Under the lockout mode, press and hold the side switch for less than one second without releasing it and the flashlight will enter the lowest mode again. To unlock the flashlight, simply press and hold the side switch for over one second and release it to return to normal functionality.
DANGER
- DO NOT throw the light directly into human eyes. This may cause temporary blindness, or permanent damage to the eyes.
- DO NOT cover the light head when the flashlight is on, or place the flashlight head on the ground. The radiation energy of the flashlight may cause damage to the flashlight itself, or even result in burning to flammable objects.
WARNING
- Keep out of reach of children.
- When the flashlight is working on the high mode, the surface temperature can reach 50°C. Please switch off the flashlight temporarily or turn it to low mode.
- If the light is about to be put aside for a long time or be transported, please unscrew the body for half a circle to cut off the circuit.
- DO NOT use the turbo mode continuously when the environmental temperature is high in case the flashlight body is too hot to hold.
- Ensure the battery is inserted with the negative (-) end pointing to the head of the flashlight (LED side).
- The battery is only subject to be installed inside the flashlight and recharged with the specified charging cable.
- Store the battery with care; if the battery needs to be changed, please take good care of the battery taken out. Do not mix it with the conductive metals.
NOTICE
- When the flashlight is turned off, the current mode will be memorized. The modes that can be memorized are: moonlight, low, medium, and high mode (after the light is turned off, high mode will be memorized for 10 minutes before reverting to medium mode. If the light is turned off on turbo mode, the high mode will be memorized instead and will also revert to medium mode after 10 minutes (turbo mode can not be memorized).
- Turbo mode will stay on for 2 minute and then step down to high mode within a minute.
- Moonlight and turbo mode are not the normal brightness levels (low, medium, and high mode). Under moonlight and turbo mode, press and hold the switch to enter the normal brightness level cycle.
- Because the product uses a wide voltage drive circuit, so it can be powered by two 3.0V CR123A or two 3.7V RCR123A batteries or other 18650 batteries in emergency, but the batteries inside of the flashlight cannot be charged using the supplied charging cable.

Within 30 days of purchase: Contact the original seller for repair or replacement.
Within 5 years of purchase: Contact Olight for repair or replacement.
Battery warranty: Olight offers a one year warranty for all rechargeable batteries.
The other no warranty fragile or low-value fittings like lanyard and clip, you can contact post-sale in 30 days after purchase if it has quality drawback or damage under normal use condition. Over 30 days or damage under abnormal use condition, the conditional quality assurance will be provided as appropriate.
