Installation Instructions:

  1. Attach the stand to the device and adjust the angle of the screen.
  2. If wall mounting is desired (wall stand sold separately), follow the instructions for wall mounting.
  3. Connect the power adapter, network, PC, handset, and headset to the corresponding ports as described below.

Product Usage Instructions

Using Ethernet:

  1. Power on the device and connect the WAN port of the phone to the RJ45 socket of a hub/switch or a router (LAN side of the router) using the Ethernet cable.
  2. The default mode is DHCP. No further configuration is required.

Using WiFi:

  1. Power on the device and make sure the phone is idle.
  2. Press Menu > Basic > WLAN to enable the WiFi feature.
  3. Press scan to search for currently available wireless networks.
  4. Select the desired WiFi network and enter the appropriate password.
  5. Press the connect soft key to connect to the WiFi. The default mode is DHCP.

Configuration:

Configuration via LCD menu of phone:

  1. Press Menu > Advanced (default password: 123).
  2. Select Network to configure the Network Settings (IPv4/IPv6/IPv4&IPv6, DHCP/Static/PPPoE).
  3. Select Accounts to configure and enable the account, and fill in the SIP server address, port, user name, password, etc.
  4. Save the configuration.

Configuration via the web:

  1. Get the IP address from the phone by pressing the down navigation key or Menu > Status > IPv4 / IPv6.
  2. Login: Input the IP address in the web browser. The PC and phone should be in the same IP address segment (The default username and password are both ‘admin’).
  3. Configure: Select network/account, etc., and fill in the relevant content.
  4. Save the configuration.

FAQ:

  • Q: How do I attach the stand to the device?
    A: To attach the stand, align the stand with the bottom of the device and push it until it clicks into place.

  • Q: Can I mount the device on a wall?
    A: Yes, you can mount the device on a wall using a wall stand (sold separately). Follow the instructions provided in the manual for wall mounting.

  • Q: How do I connect the device to the network?
    A: Connect the network port of the device to your local area network or internet using an Ethernet cable. If using WiFi, enable the WiFi feature and select the desired network from the available options.

  • Q: How can I configure the device?

Installation the device

Please follow the instructions in below picture to install the device.

  • Attach the stand and adjust the angle of the screen
  • Wall mounting (wall stand need buy separately)

Connecting to the device
Please connect the power adapter, network, PC, handset, and headset to the corresponding ports as described in the below picture.

  1. USB port: connect a USB device (USB flash drive).
  2. Power port: connect the power adapter.
  3. Network port: connecting local area network or internet.
  4. PC port: the network port connects to the computer.
  5. Headset port: connect headset.

Network Connect

Using Ethernet

  1. Power on the device and connect the WAN port of the phone to the RJ45 socket of a hub/switch or a router (LAN side of the router) using the Ethernet cable.
  2. The default is DHCP mode.

Using WiFi

  1. The power on the device and make sure the phone is idle.
  2. Press Menu > Basic > WLAN, Enabled the WiFi Feature.
  3. Press scan to search for the currently available wireless network.
  4. Enter the available network and select the WiFi you want to connect.
  5. Press the connect soft key and enter the appropriate password to connect to the WiFi. The default is DHCP mode.

Configuration

Configuration via LCD menu of the phone

  1. Press Menu > Advanced (default password 123)
  2. Select Network: To configure the Network Settings (IPv4/IPv6/IPv4&IPv6, DHCP/Static/PPPoE).
  3. Select Accounts: To configure enable the account, fill the SIP server address, port, user name, password, etc.
  4. Save the configuration.

Configuration via web

Language setting

  1. Press Menu key > Basic > Language.
  2. Select the desired language and press the OK soft key.

Making a call

  1. Pre-dialing: enter the phone number and pick up the handset.
  2. Direct dialing: lift the handset and enter the phone number.
  3. Handsfree: enter the phone number and press or vice versa.
  4. Headset: enter the phone number and press or vice versa.
  5. Designated line: press the line key, enter the phone number, and press the dial key.

Accepting a call

  1. Using the handset: pick up the handset.
  2. Using the headset: press .
  3. Using the handsfree: press .

Redial

  1. Press the key, redial a call number.

Call Mute

  1. Press to Mute the microphone during the call.
  2. Press again to unmute the conversation.

Putting a call on hold

  1. Press the Hold soft key, the caller is put on hold.
  2. To retrieve the call press the Resume soft key.
  3. Note: with more than one active call, select the desired call with the navigator key and use the corresponding soft key to hold or resume.

Call transfer

Attended transfer:

  1. Press the Xfer soft key during the active conversation, and the call is put on hold.
  2. Dial the second telephone number.
  3. When the call is answered, then press the Xfer soft key to complete the operation.

Blind transfer:

  1. Press the Xfer soft key during the active conversation, and the call will be on hold.
  2. Then enter the 2nd telephone number and press the Xfer soft key.

Call forward

  1. Press Menu > Features > Call Forward.
  2. Select the line, and the type of forward, enter the destination number and status, and press OK soft key.

Call conference

  1. Once in line with 1st caller, press the Conf soft key, and 1st caller is put on hold.
  2. Then call the 2nd number.
  3. After, the 2nd call is established, press the Conf soft key to set up the conference.

Programmable keys

  1. You can configure shortcuts for the programmable keys.
  2. Press Menu > Basic > Keyboard, select among the configurable items and select your desired type and value, press the OK key.

Do not disturb

  1. Press the DND soft key, and enable the device do not disturb mode.
  2. Or press Menu > Features > DND, and select the Mode and Type, and press the OK key.

Voice mail

  1. To access your voice mailbox, press Menu > Message Voice Message, number of messages will be indicated if provided by your server or PBX.
  2. Select the line and press Play to call.

Bluetooth

  1. Press Menu > Basic > Bluetooth.
  2. Press the OK soft key to enter the Bluetooth open interface. After opening, press the Scan soft key to display the list of Bluetooth scanned. Select any device and press connect.

WiFi

  1. Press Menu > Basic > WLAN.
  2. Press the OK soft key to enter the WLAN open interface. After opening, press the Scan soft key to display the list of Wi-Fi scanned.
  3. Press the Enter soft key to enter the available Network, select the wireless network, press the Connect soft key, and enter the password to connect.

Call list

  1. Press up the navigator key or Menu > CallLog > Local Call Logs.
  2. Scroll through the list using the navigator key.
  3. To dial an entry, press the Dial soft key or pickup handset or press or .

Phonebook

Access Phonebook:

  1. Press or Contact soft key or Menu > PhoneBook > Local Contacts.
  2. Select All Contacts or Other Groups.
  3. To dial an entry, press the Dial soft key or pickup handset or press or .

Add new entry:

  1. Press the Contact soft key, Press All Contacts or other group Press Add.
  2. Enter your name and number and press the OK soft key.
