OVERVIEW

  1. STOP and PAUSE Button

  2. RED LIGHT flashing + ALARM when 100% of Set Time is reached.

  3. YELLOW LIGHT illuminates between 76-99% of the Set Time.

  4. GREEN LIGHT illuminates between 0-75% of the Set Time.

  5. PAUSE Mode all 3 COLOR LIGHTS – GREEN-YELLOW-RED will alternate by illuminating in sequence.

    When in Countdown Mode the Timer Time can be PAUSED and then RESUME Countdown.

    Level 1-5 = Slow increments in Acoustic Sound Levels.
    Level 5 = 75 decibel (dB)

GETTING STARTED

You will need the following:

  • 3 x AAA New Alkaline Batteries
  • Screwdriver
  1. Turn to the back of the Audio Visual Timer. Use the screwdriver to turn the screw on the battery door in a counterclockwise direction to loosen the screw.
  2. Remove the screw and lift the battery cover.
  3. Insert 3 x AAA new alkaline batteries matching the polarity (+ and -). Follow the diagram inside the battery compartment.
  4. Once the batteries are installed or reset, the LCD will get a full extent for 3 seconds, and automatically display an active screen, the green, yellow, and red lights will light up one by one for one second.
  5. Replace the battery compartment lid and insert the screw. Tighten the screw by using the screwdriver to turn the screw in a clockwise direction until secure. Please do not over-tighten the screw.

DEFAULT SETTINGS

  • TIMER 0:00:00 – ALARM 0:00:00 –– VOLUME LEVEL 5

BUTTON INSTRUCTION

  • 5 x buttons on the BOTTOM: [TIMER], [ALARM], [+], [-], [START]
  • 1 x [RED] button on the TOP:
  • Press the [RED] button to PAUSE the Timer Time and Alarm Time when green or yellow light up,
  • Press the [RED] button to CONTINUE the Timer Time and Alarm Time when green or yellow light up, when in PAUSE mode.
  • press the [RED] button to STOP when the red lights up. STOPS Timer Alarm and CLEARS Timer setting.
  • press the [RED] button and HOLD for 3 seconds, to STOP Timer Time and Alarm Time and CLEARS Timer settings when green or yellow light up.

ORDER OF SETTINGS

  • The setting order is:
  • VOLUME LEVEL TIMER Time ALARM Time

TIMER AND ALARM SETTINGS

  1. Press [TIMER] button located on the right side Of the LCD screen.
    The TIMER digits start flashing, press [+] or buttons to set Timer Time.

  2. Maximum 23:59:59 hours. Press and press [+1 or buttons for 3 seconds can quickly forward or backward setting.

  3. IMPORTANT • The ALARM Time digits will automatically change to of TIMER Time

  4. TO set ALARM Time manually press [ALARMI button located on the left side Of the LCD screen.
    The ALARM Time digits start flashing, user can MANUALLY set the ALARM Time operating [+] or button. Press and hold 1+1 or button for 3 seconds can quickly forward or backward setting.
    Please Note • When adjusting the ALARM Time digits manually and you then press the [TIMER] button to re-set TIMER, the ALARM digits will NOT automatically change to of the TIMER Time.

  5. To RESET TIMER Time and ALARM Time digits PRESS the TOP [RED] button down to CLEAR settings.

  6. After setting TIMER Time and ALARM Time, press the [START] button to start the TIMER Time and ALARM Time countdown.

  7. When TIMER Time and ALARM Time finish counting, the digits change back to 0:00:00.

  8. Press and hold the [RED] button for 3 seconds can RESET and CLEAR the ALARM Time and TIMER Time settings when TIMER starts to countdown.

  9. During the TIMER Time countdown, pressing the [+] or [-] button also can adjust the ALARM volume between 0-5.

  10. When TIMER Time and ALARM Time have completed their cycle press the [RED] button to STOP Red Light Flashing + ALARM sound. Otherwise, the ALARM will automatically deactivate after 3 minutes.

PAUSE and RESUME FUNCTION

  1. Press the [RED] button at any stage throughout the TIMER Time and ALARM Time countdown cycle. The TIMER Time and ALARM Time will be PAUSE. ALL 3 COLOR LIGHTS Yellow-Green-Red will alternate by illuminating in sequence. Digits will freeze at EXACT countdown time.
  2. Press the [RED] button to RESUME TIMER Time and ALARM Time cycle at PAUSE Mode.

END TIMER TIME and ALARM TIME
Press and hold the [RED] button for 3 seconds to END the TIMER Time and ALARM Time WITHOUT COMPLETING the programmed time entered. This will CLEAR the settings.

ALARM VOLUME

  1. During the initialization process, the ALARM Volume is defaulted to level 5.

  2. 6 levels of volume 0-5
    LEVEL 0 = NO SOUND
    LEVEL 1-5 = SOUND increases at each selected level.
    LEVEL 5 = SOUND 75 decibel (dB)

  3. ALARM Volume can be adjusted BEFORE setting the TIMER Time and ALARM Time or after the TIMER starts to count down.

  4. Press the [-] button to DECREASE volume. Press the [+] button to INCREASE volume.

  5. Then move forward with setting the TIMER Time and ALARM Time.

LIGHT AND VOLUME

  1. Press the [START] button to start counting down, the Green color will light up.

  2. When TIMER Time is up (default 75% or user-defined), the Green Light will flash 1 time and BI two times at the same time, The volume sound will be at the chosen level 0-5, then the Green Light off, the Yellow light up.

  3. When ALARM Time is up, the Yellow Light part flashes 1 time and BI two times at the same time, volume will be at the chosen level between 0-5, then the Yellow Light is off, the Red Light part will flash and keep BI for 3 minutes later and turn off automatically.

  4. When Red Light up, press the [RED] button once to stop the ALARM immediately.

  5. When Green and Yellow Light up, press the [RED] button to PAUSE the ALARM, the
    3 Lights will light up one by one each second,
    When the [RED] button is pressed again, it will continue the ALARM counting, until the TIMER Time goes off, and Red Light up.

  6. Volume at the desired setting level.

FOR EXAMPLE

Set the TIMER Time for 1 hour.

  • This is automatically divided into 3 sections –45 minutes of Green Color Light illuminates between 0-75% of the set time.
  • 15 minutes of Yellow Color Light illuminates between 76-99% of the set time.
  • Timer Time completed – Red Color Light flashing + Alarm when 100% of the set time is reached.

PROTECTIVE FILM COVER over LCD Screen
Simply peel the Protective Film Cover away from the edges of the LCD Screen to reveal a CRYSTAL CLEAR SPARKLY POLISHED look.

PRECAUTIONS

  1. DO NOT clean any part of the product with benzene, thinner or other solvent chemicals. When necessary, clean it with a soft cloth.
  2. NEVER IMMERSE the product in water. This will damage the product.
  3. DO NOT expose the product to extreme force, shock, or fluctuations in temperature or humidity.
  4. DO NOT tamper with the internal components.

BATTERY SAFETY WARNINGS

  • USE NEW ALKALINE BATTERIES as this Visual Audio Timer has many functions.
  • DO NOT use rechargeable batteries with this product.
  • DO NOT MIX old and new batteries.
  • DO NOT MIX alkaline, standard, or rechargeable batteries.
  • DO NOT recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
  • ONLY USE batteries of the same or equivalent type, as recommended.
  • REMOVE exhausted batteries immediately.
  • REMOVE the batteries when not in use.
  • DO NOT recharge and do not dispose of batteries in fire as the battery may explode.
  • AVOID exposing batteries to extreme temperature or humidity or direct sunlight.
  • Keep batteries out of reach of children. They are a choking hazard.
  • DO NOT dispose of this product as unsorted municipal waste. Collection of such waste separately for special treatment is necessary.

REPLACING BATTERIES
Change the batteries when the sound becomes distorted or slows down, or the digits go faint, or when pressing a button does not trigger a response from the Visual Audio Timer.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • This product is not intended for children under 3 years old.
  • This product shall be used under the supervision of an adult.
  • Please do not press the red cap button when setting the timer. (The setting buttons will not work when the red cap button is pressed.)

WARRANTY

  • KADAMS provides a 1-year limited warranty on this product against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Warranty service can only be performed by our authorized service center. The original dated bill of sale must be presented upon request as proof of purchase to us, or our authorized service center.
  • The warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship with the following specified exceptions that are NOT COVERED: (1) damage caused by accident, unreasonable use or neglect (including the lack or reasonable and necessary maintenance); (2) damage occurring during shipment (claims must be presented to the carrier); (3) damage to, or deterioration of any accessory or decorative surface; (4) damage resulting from failure to follow instructions contained in your owner’s manual.
  • This warranty covers only actual defects within the product itself, and does not cover the cost of installation or removal from a fixed installation, normal set-up or adjustments, claims based on misrepresentation by the seller or performance variations resulting from installation-related circumstances. To receive warranty service, the purchaser must contact with KADAMS via email for the problem determination and service procedure.
