Get Started

MunbynPrinter is a software that quickly processes 4×6 inch and 8×11 inch label PDF files and enables these PDF files to be quickly printed on 4×6 inch label paper. It also has the function of batch printing and automatic printing.

MunbynPrinter does not support all 8×11 inch label PDF files. Currently, it only supports processing 8×11 inch label PDF files from UPS official website/USPS official website/DHL/Fedex/Canada

After the software is downloaded, click the software with the exe suffix to install it, as shown in the figure below.

• The installation time will take about 10 seconds, depending on your computer configuration.
• After the software installation is completed, a MunnbynPrinter icon will be generated on your computer desktop, you can click to open the software, as shown in the figure below.
• Note: If you have not installed the printer driver, you must install the printer driver before you can select the Munbyn printer in the software.

Printer Configuration

After the software installation is completed, the printer configuration page will be opened automatically, please click the printer option to select the online ITPP941 or the online ITPP129.
Notice: If the printer shows offline, please check if your printer is powered on or if the USB connection is normal.
If there is no printer option to choose from, please check your USB connection and install the printer driver.

Choose the appropriate printing density and speed, we recommend you to use density grade 8 and speed grade 4. Finally make sure Auto Start is On, otherwise the printer will not automatically process the PDF file.

After completing the above configuration, click Submit, and then select the Yes option to restart the software, as shown in the following figures.

Print Operation

Print a PDF File
Pull the PDF file into the main interface of the software, and the printer will print it automatically.

Batch PDF File Printing
Pull all PDF files to the main interface of the software, and the printer will automatically print.

You can also directly pull the folder with PDF files to the main interface of the software, and the printer will automatically print.
Note: The software will not process your subfolders, so please put the PDF files you need to print in the folder root.

Automatic Printing of PDF Files

1. Click the gear icon to enter the software settings.

2. Click on this icon and choose a folder as your PDF download location, for example D:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\IMP032\James, as shown in the figures below.
   After confirming the PDF download location, click Submit, and the software will generate a Source folder in your PDF download folder, such as D:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\IMP032\James\source, as shown in the following figures.

3. Finally, use Source as the download location of your PDF files. Whenever a file is downloaded to the Source folder, the printer will automatically print it.
   Note: PDF files that are automatically printed will be cleared and will not remain in your folder, so as not to occupy too much memory on your computer.

Language Switch
Click English on the main interface, and 6 language options will appear.

Software Settings

Click the gear icon on the main interface to enter the printer settings interface.

Printer Options
Open the printer list and select an online printer.
Note: This software only supports MUNBYN printers.

Printing Speed
There are 8 levels of printing speed, we recommend you to use the default printing speed 4, too high printing speed will affect the printing quality of the printer.

Printing Density
There are 15 levels of printing density, we suggest you use the default printing speed of 8, too high printing density will cause the label paper to stick to the print head. If the barcodes on your printed labels are very thick and cannot be scanned, you can reduce the print density to 3.

Auto Start
Please keep Auto Start On so that the software will automatically print the label.

Why is the printer still not printing after I have put the file in the software area?

1. Please restart the software, and then check if your printer is online. If your printer is offline, please check that your printer is turned on and the USB cable is connected properly.
2. Switch Auto Start to On.

Why is my label printed very small or not fully printed?
This is because your files are not 4×6 or they are not from UPS official website/USPS official website/DHL/Fedex/Canada Post/Colissimo La posted. You can click the link below to see a demo video of how to generate 4×6 size labels depending on the platform you use such as Shopify.

Why is the printed label too dark and cannot be scanned?
You can reduce the print density by setting, as shown in the figure below, generally we recommend you to use print density 3.

How to Disable or Remove the “Windows Protected Your PC” Popup?
First of all this software is safe, it is just not registered with Microsoft, you can click the More info link that is displayed beneath the warning message and then click the Run anyway button to bypass the Windows Defender SmartScreen warning and continue using the software.
