ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION

Table Lid Hooks Manual Instructions
- Step 1: Place the two hooks on the side panel in the direction of the igniter, as shown in the figure.
- Step 2: Place the Table Lid Assembly in the direction indicated in the figure.
- WARNING: Never place a table lid on the fire pit when in use.
- Ensure the fire pit has cooled down before covering the fire pit with a table lid
- ATTENTION: Do not put more than 4 Ibs of lava rocks.
- ATTENTION: Do not touch or arrange the rocks when the product is in use or before the rocks are fully cool down.
- ATTENTION: Do not mix different rock types.
- ATTENTION: Do not put the table lid on the fire pit when in use. Ensure the fire pit has cooled before placing the table lid over the fire pit.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION (LPG Cylinder)
LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS (LPG) SAFETY INFORMATION LPG cylinder used with the
product must be:
- Constructed and marked in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) specification for LPG cylinder, CAN/CSAB339, Cylinders, Spheres, and Tubes for the Trans- portation of Dangerous Goods, as applicable.
- Arranged for vapor withdrawal.
- Provided with a tank collar to protect the tank valve.
- Provided with a listed overfilling prevention device and a QCC I or Type | (CGA810) LPG cylin cylin der connection.
- Max capacity: 20Ibs.
- Max gas supply pressure: 250 PSI (1750 KPa)
- Min. gas supply for input adjustment: 25 PSI (175 KPa)
- Manifold pressure with regulator provided: 11in wc (2.74 KPa)
- Not stored in area with temperature over 125°F / 51.5°C
LPG Cylinder Connection

Inspect all the gasket for sign of damage. Place the LPG cylinder inside the fire pit and secure with the retainer bolt.
ATTENTION: Ensure the valve on both the fire pit and the LPG cylinder are OFF. -
Remove any protective cap on the LPG cylinder.
Align the gas line to the LPG cylinder nozzle, and manually tighten the coupler.
NOTE: Beware of cross threading and do not over tighten. The gas line should be tighten enough that there isn’t any wiggling or gaps in the connection but still able to loosen with relative ease when the tank is empty. -
Check the gas line again and perform a leak test (see page 15) before use.
LPG Cylinder Disconnection
- Ensure the appliance is cooled down_before use.
- Ensure LPG cylinder valve is closed and control knob on the appliance is in OFF position.
- Turn the coupling nut counter-clockwise until the regulator assembly is detached
- Put the protective cap on the LPG cylinder valve and store the LPG cylinder away from direct sunlight in a well-ventilated area.

Installation Location

of local codes, with either the National Fuel Gas Code, ANSI Z223.1/NFPA 42,
Natural Gas and Propane Installation Recreational Vehicles, ANSA 92NFRA 192

OPERATION INSTRUCTION (Leak Check)
WARNING
- All leak tests should be performed outdoors.
- Extinguish all open flames before testing.
- DO NOT smoke during leak testing.
- DO NOT use the product until all connections have been tested and do not leak.
- Leak test should be performed once a year or after LPG cylinder or any gas system parts had been replaced.
- Mix half part liquid detergent with half part water to make leak check solution.
- Apply leak check solution on all gas system joints and connections.
- TURN ON the LPG cylinder valve to check any possible leak.
If bubbles appear at any connection, there is a leak.
- TURN OFF LPG cylinder valve
- If there is a leak, disconnect first and reconnect, then test again. If bubbles continue to appear after several attempts, you should replace the hose or cylinder valve.
If NO bubbles appear, the connection is secure.
DO NOT use the appliance if there is a leak.
- Contact a qualified service technician if the attempts of stopping the leak(s) are unsuccessful.
- Before leak problem is fixed, LPG supply must be shut off at the cylinder valve or the LPG cylinder must be disconnected and removed from the appliance.
- Inspect gas hose before use. Hose assembly must be replaced if there is the evidence of excessive abrasion, wear, or damage.
OPERATION INSTRUCTION (Ignition)
Before operating the appliance,
- Ensure gas line is properly connected and there is no hole or damage of the gas line.
- Ensure there is no leakage of the gas line. (see page 15 for leak check)
- Ensure both the LPG cylinder valve and control knobs are in OFF position.
To ignite the appliance
- Turn the control knob to the OFF “ ****” position.
- Turn the LPG cylinder valve counterclockwise slowly to open the valve.
- Press and turn control knob to the LOW “ “position. Keep pressing the control knob and press the IGNITOR button “ ” until the burner is lit.
- Once the burner is lit, continue to hold the control knob in the LOW “ ****” position for 20 seconds.
- Release and turn the control knob counterclockwise to the HIGH “ ****” or the desired flame height.
If ignition does not occur in 5 seconds

Turn the control knob to the OFF “ ****” position.
-
Wait 5 minutes, fan with a newspaper or magazine, and repeat lighting procedure.

If the ignitor does not light the burner:
- a. Wear heat-resistant gloves, put a lit long match or lit long butane lighter near the ignition box.
b. Press and turn control knob to the LOW “ **” position.
c.** Remove the match/lighter once the burner is lit.

Hold the control knob in the LOW “ ****” position for 20 seconds.
Turning OFF
- Turn the control knob clockwise to the ” OFF ” position.
- Turn off cylinder valve and disconnect the regulator when firepit is not in use.
WARNING
- Children and pets must be supervised when near this product.
- Keep clothing or any flammable material away from the vicinity of this product to prevent clothing ignition & burns.
OPERATION INSTRUCTION (Turning Off)
To turn off the appliance,
- Turn the LPG cylinder valve clockwise to close the valve and shut off gas supply.
- Turn the control knob on the appliance clockwise to the “OFF” position.
WARNING
- Ensure both the LPG cylinder valve and the control knob on the appliance are completely off to prevent possible gas leak.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Thank you for your purchase. To ensure the product works well and lasts longer for your enjoyment, we therefore provide a general list of care and maintenance tips for you.
WARNING
Before servicing or cleaning, make sure the fire pit is cooled.
MAINTENANCE
- Check gas line before each use and inspect the entire gas line assembly for any sign of excessive abrasion, cuts, or wear.
- Leak test should be performed annually or when there is a suspected leak.
CLEANING (Exterior Surface)
- Clean the surface of the product with a damp cloth.
- DO NOT use flammable or corrosive cleaning agents.
- DO NOT submerge the product. If the gas control is submerged.
- DO NOT use and must be replaced.
CLEANING (Burner)
- Remove all rocks from the fire bowl and clean the burner with a small brush and compressed air.
STORAGE
- Ensure the control knob and the propane gas tank valve are “OFF”.
- Disconnect the propane gas tank. DO NOT expose propane gas tank to direct sunlight or excessive heat.
- Propane gas tank must be stored in an outdoor well-ventilated area.
- Store the product upright in an area sheltered from direct contact with inclement weather such as rain, sleet, hail, snow, dust, and debris.
- Ensure the gas line is stored in an area where it is unlikely to be tripped over or subject to other accidental damage.
- The product shall be stored indoors only when the propane gas tank is disconnected from the product.
